Everything is far cheaper than the high street stores. Very cheerful staff. The aisles are a little narrow but that's to pack in all the stuff on offer. Plenty of bargains that you need to buy when you see them; they won’t be there when next you visit. Parking is easy in the adjacent multi storey.

Quality clothing at VERY reasonable prices. Some ridiculously massive bargains to be snapped up. I bagged a pair of suede uggalikes for £4! Friendly staff, nice changing rooms, favourite store at The Quays.

A nice experience shopping here yesterday. I bought a pair of jeans and my 83 year old mother bought a cardigan. She was helped by an assistant called Lynne who was looking after the changing rooms who came and found me when I was needed and was altogether lovely to her. Recommended.

Decent sized store are there some decent bargains to be had across the ranges. You need to get lucky with the sizes they have available - being an outlet/end-of-line store often the popular sizes are not available. Staff were very friendly and the fitting rooms offer proper privacy. Easy parking, and plenty of other shops and eateries close by.

Good place for bargains. Huge amount of stock to look at so make sure you have plenty of time. Staff lovely who deal well with long queues of people with their bargains. As all M&S stores its well presented & clean. Because its full of stock & customers its not always easy with wheelchairs or pushchairs at peak times. Worth a visit for good quality bargains.

The staff here are great and always happy to lend a hand. The store offers a good range of suits, though you can find popular sizes are sometimes low in stock. The prices and ranges are generally great value with a decent selection.

My visit this evening was pleasant. The young lady, who was sorting out the ladies wear. Was so helpful, she was so lovely. Wish I'd got her name. She's a credit to the store.

Please check your receipts when you leave if you buy anything with a further discount is applied at the till. Various signs around the store advertising 50% off but noticed when I got home to Bristol that one of the items that had been advertised as a further 50% off did not get the discount applied to it and I have been told I would have to go back to to Gloucester to get this sorted.
