Rather too fully packed for my liking with very narrow aisles, but they were the only place around I could get the door handles I wanted. A great range of products (hence the name) but I can see why they do food.

Its a big Range. It is usually busy and narrow isles but thats expected really. Its a discount shop effectively. Huge range of frames and good prices too. I buy all my frames and art supplies there. They sell W&N canvases boards and always loads available. All the paints and brushes you would want too.

If you time your visit right, it can be a great shopping experience. However the store is usually quite busy with a lack of tills creating long queues. Staff can be hard to find on the shop floor, but once you do find them they are normally very friendly and helpful. Stock levels can be a little bit hit or miss, particularly in busy trading periods such as Christmas.

Good selection of most things, my biggest issue with the store is lack of prices or incorrect prices on the shelves. Also hardly any staff around to help and the queues are always really long. Definitely not somewhere to go if you're in a hurry!

Only popped in here to get a few chocolate bars but came out with loads of useful stuff. they have a huge range of stuff including everything from sweets to DIY stuff. The girl that served me was particularly polite and cheerful which made my shopping experience a good one. Its in an easy to reach location, has a huge carpark and even has an Iceland store in it - what more could you ask for

This Range seems to have a much better layout than the cheltenham one - it makes more sense and items are easier to find. The staff are friendly and helpful and I don't think there is much they don't have. Nice to see the sanitizer out for you to use still.

I find this store a bit hit and miss. A lot of pallets blocking walk ways and when I asked staff if they had certain items they said no, I walked round the corner and there was a stack of what I wanted!

I love looking around range and often purchase crafts items. Just wish there were more staff on check outs. The waiting is so stressful.

Look, you come here either desparaye for that thing no where else stocks, or for cheap prices on homewear that may or may not survive the journey home. If its service or a short queue you want, go elsewhere. But if you want a faux velvet foot stool, a sitting Buddha, hot tub filters and Christmas inflatables on the same car journey you're in the right place. The service is lousy, the layout is dismal and the prices in the Iceland concession are stupid. You'll either love to shop here or never visit - it's marmite.

I was surprised to see that they now incorporate Iceland in the store now, which I think is a good idea. Everything I wanted in The Range I got, so I was pleased with that, plus I bought some bits from Iceland whilst in there.

Went specifically for an Addis Twist mop which I'd read were highly recommended. Was able to purchase this at a very competitive price but unfortunately there were no double bucket and wringers to match. So a little disappointed. Will have to try again. Always, always makes me smile, so cheery, helpful and an asset to the store. Apologies for not knowing her name but a shout out and recognition for great service!

Went in to buy a big picture. Asked a young woman for staff assistance and she carried it (3'6x3'6) to the cashier where I paid for it, she then volunteered to take it to my car and helped me to get it in. A very helpful Range employee 💯%

I mainly hung around the craft area as that's my favourite bit, quite an extensive range too. Some things are a bit pricey, but I wouldn't say excessive, and there was a lot that I couldn't get in other stores like B&M. Had a quick browse round the rest of the store which was pretty standard tools and homewares, but I will definitely go back for the craft supplies. They have a little cafe too which is good.

Shopping alone, doesn't happen in this shop. Families, couples. At least 50% of customers were more than 2 individual. Apart from a genuine health reason there are obviously a lot of bloody minded people out there. You can see why the virus has taken so long to get under control. Probably these same people when they get their jab will instantaneously think that they will be imune.

Not impressed with it today, seems there was flood damage on one wall, this combined with 'road works' at the entrance made the experience not the greatest, usually we enjoy the store, today not a good on for shoppers and staff I guess. Store has good variety of stock - some at very good prices compared to other stores. Only real problem is alot of the staff can be less than helpful and always seem to have problems at the checkout causing long queues. As a wheelchair user the angle you need to manoeuvre to get out the store from the checkouts through the security 'posts' is almost impossible especially as there is usually someone selling double glazing, conservatories, or the like in that area.

I was shopping there last winter for my wedding decorations. I marked them down for the shopping assistants on a till as they are slow and look most of the time bored. Otherwise great shop!

There have been better B&M stores elsewhere. I'd been charged for some packet foods that I didn't even purchase. Due to the shop assistant being carried away with their scanning of items. Was not happy about this! It might only be 45p but still itsthe principle.

Interesting shopping experience when a customer decides to use the shop tannoy to ask for service after waiting at the checkout for 10 minutes lol. Very amusing. I don't blame the shop staff but maybe the higher management levels should look at their staffing levels. At the end of the day this place is cheap and cheerful. Nothing more. Nothing less. The Range is a homeward store, everything from picture frames to bedding and lots in-between mostly reasonably priced a big variety of choice, also has toilets and a café on site, the only down side is that the isle's are a bit narrow. Takes all major credit cards and good old cash, and generally helpful staff, plenty of free parking.

I wanted to give a big thank you to the helpful staff at The Range, Gloucester. I expected to run into difficulties trying to return a faulty food mixer, bought last November (it's now August) when I had mislaid my receipt and had no other proof of purchase because I had paid cash. I called ahead and spoke to a chap named Mark, who asked me to come in with as much info as possible, so that they could locate the details of the purchase through their records. I went in, with the date of purchase and the amount which my helpful (and organised) friend had paid either immediately before or after I bought the mixer. Everyone was helpful, friendly and polite. I got a full refund. I was amazed! An especially big thank you to Mark, Katie, her poor cold, blond co-worker and then Nat who served us as we left.

Went in looking for men's watches some were ticking away who wants to buy them if the battery has been run down. Also some were not ticking away and they didn't have the usual piece of plastic you pull out to activate it so I guess the battery's were completely run out!!!!
