It was fairly busy, but you'd expect that on the run-up to Christmas, when I visited recently. The sections are clearly marked but regardless of this it is so hard to find anything. Most items of clothing or footwear are available in one size and on relatively busy days like today there were items dropped from the rails and strewn over the floor. So if you're lucky to find what you want in your size you're doing well. The staff are friendly and helpful, but there's little point in asking for something that you might like in your size that's not displayed on the rail, as all stock is out and I've never had any success in asking if an item is available from the stockroom. It's a good size store but it's a bit hit & miss finding something that you like 👀.

In Europe and the United States favorite shopping malls, good quality and cheap, often find good things. Recently, I had a bad shopping experience. Two items were overcounted on the shopping receipt. When I found them the next day, I returned to them.They did a quick check, but there was no explanation or apology.

Well I thought I'd give tk maxx the "MAX" amount of stars. See what I did there? This is because the store in Gloucester is fabulous and fan dabby dosey. If your in the store yourself there are lots of good deals to find from top quality brands. Got myself a lovely bargain with some trainers and a coat . Would definitely visit again to MAXXIMISE my potential of finding some lovely and not MAXX price deals

If you are looking for a clothing store then this is the perfect place for you. You have every type of clothing here. Wether its business or for babies, everything is here. There is a fridge which contains coca cola or orange juice. It has accessories such as swimming goggles and other things. Very good place.

Decent selection of clothes and shoes with many designer brands on sale for half the cost you would see in designer shops. Nice and wide walkways so you don't feel like you're getting pushed constantly. Staff seem friendly and ready to help. Has a pretty thrifty feel to it in general and a lot of styles to offer for everyone. Went in on a whim and was pleasantly suprised with the whole shop in general. Recommended to anyone.

Some of the items were damaged beyond repair. I requested a discount but was offer £2 off a £20 pair of trousers but I didn't think that it was a good enough discount and left them in the end. Overall, I like shopping her but it's not my first choice for clothing.

Great selection of designer goods at a very reasonable price. It can often take a long while to find the things you like but it's worth the searching. The store is easily accessible and fairly well kept. Staff are pleasant.

I bought a lovely handbag and the question was quick! The store wasn't messy and the staff were helpful! This was on a week day so not sure what the service is like at peak times but all was fine when I went in! Would be good if they had more shoes!

Great shop as per, Gloucester definitely needed something else in the centre! Nice knowing that you haven't got to drive miles out just to get to a tkmaxx. Shop floor is decently sized, something in here for everyone to shop!

I usually visit TK Maxx for their home ware and toys although recently I haven't found anything worth buying in there although that's the nature of the store. I never buy clothes in here as I can't stand searching through the racks.

Love TK Maxx! I got an autumn coat from here after having no luck with every other retailer on the high street and for a fantastic price. It was a Regatta Great Outdoors coat and its lovely. I will definitely shop here in the future whenever I need something specific. 🙂
