Popped here to buy a pizza cutting board, saving me a good £3 as opposed to buying one online. Nice two storey shop, good selection of household items. Always clean and tidy. Cafe and customer toilets upstairs, Good parking though it can fill up during busy periods.

Got myself a few bargains, as I went into the store a chap was reducing various items to half price, duvets that had been opened by customers, a mattress protector and a duvet cover, all 50% off. Very happy with my visit. Bargains galore.

The staff members are always extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming - to some extent this is training, but also wonderful Herefordian charm. 😁 The 1st-floor café is worth mentioning. My favourite drink (hot chocolate) and my friend's latte were "hand-made" (not machine). Really nice. One particular day, when short-staffed, the drinks were very warm and not hot, but the - still - friendly, young staff member was doing an admirable job. The café's food is good to great too. What's not to like?

New bedding! Good choice, reasonable priced and decent quality. Click and collect and store visit are operational. There is a lane system in use at the front door...diverting click and collect away from the store itself. You are met at the door by a very helpful member of staff. It is obvious which door to use when you approach the building....as you look at the store it's the one on your left...someone still tried to use the wrong one! 🤪 Worth the visit.

Shop is great but cafe is very understaffed and hit and miss, always stacked used crockery on tables that has to be moved to enable us to sit down. Nothing has been served to us the same twice.

Great shop with a lot packed in. Lots of choice and departments. Fantastic cafe and parking directly outside. Lift also as cafe is upstairs. If you have a sweet tooth I can recommen the honeycomb hot chocolate, yummy . Great variety of snacks, cakes, hot & cold sandwiches.

It's Dunelm. Every other town has one, and that's because it's full of attractive, useful and reasonably inexpensive household stuff. The coffee in the Pausa cafe is nice, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. This store misses out on one star because the grout in the bathrooms needs a jolly good clean, but maybe I'm being pedantic.

I returned a number of items to exchange for other items. The lady on the till was extremely helpful pleasant and polite. It was a lovely experience. However I couldn't help overhearing a customer being rude to two staff members as he was quite loud and very rude to the ladies! The did their utmost to help and satisfy the customer remaining professional throughout. I really felt for the staff members staff do not deserve to be spoken to in that manner! I saw a couple of customers approach the man and they actually felt sorry for him. They told him to ring a number they pointed out to him to make a complaint. I'm not in the habit of speaking out like this, but I feel so strongly for the staff members having to deal with such ignorance and disrespect while doing their job! I've always enjoyed my visits to the Hereford store the staff have always been helpful and polite.

I cannot recommend Dunelm Hereford enough...If there is one thing I hate doing its choosing curtains, measuring and Fitting...Angie in the curtain department was sooo helpful with the choosing of material, here advice was invaluable...and just to top it off I was blessed with having Jon as the measurer & fitter... Godsend...he has done a superb job...thrilled with the end results...👏

Much as expected. Lots of "stuff", but not terribly well laid out. If you're looking for something specific, you're probably better off finding it on their website than trying to find it in store. Not great place for social distancing.

Well do I start. I will start from bottom as you go through the door in front of you get Offers you have bed covers , clock , curtains. Floor 2 restaurant which very good, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. A lot of towels, quilts There is places four disabled parking & Family parking as well. I do think that you see for yourself. Thank you from Graham and Valerie + Dave . He comes from Wales he told me this better than the down in Wales .He will be back.

I visited Hereford Dunelm on Saturday 24 July with mr husband and Mother. I really wish I made a note of all the staff’s names as they were so helpful. My mum wanted to order 4 cushions with bees on and there were only 3 in stock. The lady assistant we originally saw was really helpful and looked to see if there were any more in stock. There weren’t. We explained we would be visiting again the following Saturday so a young lady (another assistant) arranged for all 4 to be ready for us to collect. During this time my Mum felt poorly and faint so the staff arranged for a seat for her to sit on and carried on helping her. Your staff were all fantastic and definitely need praising. Thank you. We will be back in this Saturday. We have a nice bacon bap at the cafe (after I do the parkrun).

Its a bit pricey here but covers all sorts of home items. I think this is the best place to buy window blinds in the city. They have a cafe which is always nice.

I personally love Dunelm. It has most things you need for your home. From kitchenware, towels to bedding and furniture. Good quality products for a good price. (You get what you pay for). Helpful friendly staff. There is also a lovely little cafe upstairs if you fancy a light bite and/ or a coffee.

There's a extensive choice in this large store. The coffee shop is pretty good too. Where they let themselves down every time is checking out. There's often a queue and despite there being 6 checkouts there are rarely more than 2 open. The staff just don't seem alive to the frustration shoppers feel by waiting to pay and get out. It's a real shame.

I like the choice and quality of homeware items Dunelm has to offer. The bedding in particular is excellent. However our visit today was marred by a "couldn't care less" assistant in the Blinds Dept who totally ignored my husband and continued to study her computer screen until he gave up and walked away.
