K. K. C.Super helpful staff! They helped me to transfer all of my order from the shop to my car and even put it in my car for me, when they saw that I came to pick it up with the children. Love it there ❤️
M. N.Visited 15/12/20. Parking a bit tight, but that's only to be expected at this time of year. Greeted at door and politely directed to the area of the store I needed. Server, a young, blond female (unsure of her name), was extremely courteous and very quickly located my purchase. I dare say that if she wasn't wearing a face mask that there would have been a pleasant smile as well. Store appeared clean and tidy - I have no problem in re-visiting this branch
A. C.I had broken down at the NEXT shop close to Argos, I approached Argos as they were closing and I desperatley needed to buy a set of jumper leads. Cant recall the staff members names, but both ladies were super helpful in selling me the cables, even though their system was down. One of the ladies still drove her car to the NEXT store where I was parked and we jump started my car. Thankyou for your after hours customer service!
M. W.A large and spacious Argos that looks neat and presentable when I visited. Staff were pleasant and efficient, and gotten my order processed quickly. Pickup was within minutes, but to be honest, it was early in the morning so wasn't very busy at the time!

R.After ordering a mid sleeper for our daughter off the argos online it arrived and we went to take it out the box and the long side panel was split all the way down and a couple of other pieces on the corners was damaged my daughter was upset as she couldnt have her new bed up so I rang the online number and the lady on the phone said to Me take it into the nearest argos which is kingswood one and they will give us our refund and so we got the 2 x big heavy boxes into the van and took them to kingswood argos,when i explained everything to Alisha who was on the till she rang the number and they said they had no log of us ringing and they couldn't pick up from the store to take back to the warehouse so I said well why did the woman on the phone who I spoke to tell us to come in we wouldn't just bring a massive heavy bed in if kingswood wasnt able to take it in the woman on the phone should of arranged pickup instead of us bringing it in,so the manager went on the phone and after explaining it all to them they decided they would pick the bed up from kingswood store on Mon so thankyou for all your help and excellent customer service Alisha and the manager we really appreciate your help both of you.
S. T.Good store, parking can sometimes be a issue. Now has fast track to collect in store without queuing. Can be busy at times with short staff

W. J.Brilliant place to shop, the only problem is. The carpark to argos, there's one way in, and one way out. The congestion and air pollution is bad. They should of connected carpark with asda.
