G. D.A first port of call when shopping for home goods. Friendly helpful staff too. A pack of outdoor furniture had sold out at this branch but a member of staff contacted the Beverley shop a few miles away and quickly confirmed they had stock. Brilliant.

D. J.Quality wise I would say that goods from here for your house are at the better end of the market for quality but at a reasonable price. Over the years we have had curtains, rugs, bathroom towel sets, etc, etc and today a lamp.
There's also a cafe which used to be very good but we haven't been in it for a couple of years.

T.Today I went to my local Dunelm on Clough Road in Hull, I was looking for some new curtains, I was having difficulty finding my size, then a lovely lady came to my rescue, her name was Karen she couldn't have been any more helpful , she went in the back room but my size wasn't there, she tried, then on the very top shelf all on its own was a pack of curtains , she got it down and it was the size I wanted. It's a pity there isn't more shop assistants like Karen nothing was to much for her. Well done to you.

B.Picked up an online order , when I got home and opened the box up the item was broken, I returned to the store where I was issued a full refund, had to go online to re order item again ( as they didn't stock this particular item in store ) I had an email few day later saying my item was ready for collection. This time the item was perfect no damage at all . Found the staff to be pleasant
a.Helpful staff and reasonable range of products, although the item I really wanted wasn't in stock and I would have to keep ringing the store or going back, with no guarantee it would come in. I'd have thought in this age of miracle IT it would be possible to take costumer's details and flag up when the item was in store.
A. T.5 stars for the staff, always cheerful & helpful, especially in the cafe.
1 star for the store, shop looks tired, shelves unstable, floor stained, walls scuffed and toilets desperately in need on refurbishment.
I don't they just build better toilets and show off the bathroom range there, wallpapers and the like. Seems like a missed opportunity.
Outside is very badly maintained too, very off-putting with litter, wonky paving and general untidiness.
3 stars for lighting department, not enough displayed and it's very difficult to find the correct item in the correct place.

N. J.Always enjoy this place, an Aladin's Cave of Bedding, Furniture, Curtains, Cookware, Bathroom accessories, Wallpaper, Paints and other household furnishings.
Car Park (part of the retail park) - free, including for disabled.
I gave this a 4 rather than a 5 as some of the display furniture was a bit rickety. Other than that excellent for bedding, soft furnishings (curtains/cushions), and other household items.
There is a measuring and fitting service for curtains and blinds (she is not in 2 days of the week so check first).
Toilet - to the front left hand side through the bedding section. Includes toilet for the disabled.
S. S.I was expecting the store to be busy as it was Bank Holiday but it was quiet. Found what we wanted and the check outs were quiet so no queues!

Couldn't have asked for a more helpful girl - absolutely fantastic. Managed to find us a set of curtains of the right size and colour. Wish every store had a girl like her.

J. B.Always liked Dunelm but I've had to order online this time as they only had one of the curtains I needed and I needed two. None of the curtains I liked had more than one pack available to buy. Now having to wait up to two weeks for delivery.
S. G.My wife spent 150 quid on towels. They're good towels but I'm saving for a ps5 so I would rather be damp. Good access, decent products at the top end but they do sell some cheapo stuff too so examine before you buy.

Covid friendly and friendly staff
S. M.Great shop with plenty of choice and prices to suit every pocket. The staff I have always found to be very helpful, polite and always keen to provide excellent service and, from my most recent experience, was the recipient of a member of staff, who I later discovered was the Manager, going the extra mile (literally) to obtain an item for me from one of their other stores as it was no longer available at the Hull store. I would certainly recommend this store to family and friends without any hesitation.

S. S.Absolutely brilliant Dunelm! I have just been to collect an order I placed earlier today. Lady on the door asking if I needed a basket or a trolly all sanitised I explained I had a click and collect she radioed my order number across and if was out within 2 minutes. Very well organised.
m. g.Lovely shop. Friendly helpful staff. Big shout out especially goes too all the staff who work in the cafe ( truth be known its the only reason i agree too go with the Mrs) the staff are always happy , friendly and its quite reasonable prices . Definately worth a visit if your shopping there .
M. S.The products are OK, but I feel in the last couple of years it has delusions of grandeur. It used to be a factory outlet type store, but it now charges Next Store prices for the same products it's always sold. The products them selves are fine, but the bedding in particular is mostly of the little old lady style. The lighting is quite good, but really over priced. The kitchen stuff is also good, if a little pricey. It feels like Dunelm is trying to be Next, but without the Style and Presentation. It really should just go back to being Dunelm Mill, with factory outlet prices.
I. H.Love it here, so much choice to make your home look fabulous and affordable prices too especially when the sale is on which it was today. Grabbed some great bargains! And as a bonus a great cafe too, always enjoy the bacon sandwich and a drink deal.

J. m.Lovely store just opened up after lockdown. Good santizing/spacing etc. Felt very safe. Lovely items at reasonable prices
B. S.Just okay. Not the largest dunelm or widest range but accessible with ample parking. Staff member couldn't seem to work out how to take the security tag off our item though so the alarms went off as we left which was a bit awkward.
M. S.On 26th September I went to Dunhelm to purchase some towels. My experience was memorable. The towels were perfect and staff even more so. They are so pleasant, patient, cheerful, professional and go that extra mile to help you find and suggest goods that you need. Dawn, the assistant on the till was very helpful and calm. On top of this I stopped for coffee and tea cake in the cafe. Excellent service with light cheerful banter and nice surroundings. I will return and recommend.

M. O.Dunelm is everyone's one stop shop for all those home essentials, from a single spoon to a whole deluxe dining kit, or from a simple cushion to an entire living room suite Dunelm has it all. Depending on your budget there is something for everyone with prices from as little as 50p and up to a few hundred pounds. The quality of the merchandise is no less than excellent and there is ample parking and disabled spots available for free. Situated on Clough Road in Hull I would highly recommend a visit.

G. H.Called at Dunelm for a Hurricane Lamp we had seen on the internet, there was one in the store but not made up, We asked a member of staff, April, if we could look at it, she was brilliant! Explained she couldnt put it together, but carefully took each bit out if the box for us to see. We bought it, and really like it, but there is no doubt that if April hadnt been so lovely we might have come home to think about it. She is a real asset to your store.

Think that should be a priority that either when you close or before you open should have staff going around making sure that everything has prices on . R. O.Dunelm went for some bedding, been a man didn't know where to go what to look for got help the door they did all the way for me which left me a lot of time to look around, there's a sale on bought one or two things very happy with the shop and the staff the tool staff helpful
