Great service by Nigel and the team at GT Electrical. Our oven was not heating up to full temperature and we were not able to cook the evening meal for the family. I thought it would be worth exploring whether it could be repaired before assigning to the scrap heap. We booked GT Electrical in to come and take a look. Within a few minutes it was fixed an back up and running. Getting it fixed was much cheaper than replacing the oven and much better for the environment too. Great service. Would highly recommend.

We were in a real predicament with our oven breaking down just before we were due to have a dinner party. We struggled to get anyone out in time. We called GT electrical and they bent over backwards to get to us despite the distance and time. They provided an excellent service with very helpful and polite staff at a very good price. I rang asking if they had bearings for my washer. Alas they didnt but the man who answered gave me some absolutely brilliant advice and pointed me in the right direction for what i needed. In the age of large corperate busnesses. This chap and company are proof that grass roots home grown places should be used and cherished. If the owner is reading this and the man was a employee you have got a bloody good member of staff if the owner is reading this and the man was you thank you so much ive saved your number on my phone and i shall be using you for my electrical spares needs from here on in..... Absolute first class service i shall be informing people about this place and making recomendations for them.

Called to get my washer fixed, turns out they had a guy in the area that morning lucky me! Within the hour he'd been and told me my washer was beyond repair. Nightmare i thought. After discussing my options with the engineer at the visit, an hour and a half later i had a shiny new washer. No mess, problem solved couldn't have been easier.

Have used GT Electrical many times over the years. Always helpful and going the extra mile. "Don't replace, repair!" is definitely their moto. They've helped keep our kitchen appliances alive, and when it's DOA have helped find a suitable replacement. Having moved away from the area we still use them for those occasional spares. We can't recommend them enough.

great service. Rang on saturday as my washer wasn't spinning. My wife is currently away and as i'm a typical bloke and dont do the washing very often i rang gt queens road being a "mansel" in distress.... the lady on the phone (laura) was really helpful and helped me though a few checks that i could do. one of them being the spin knob... oops it was turned to off...thanks laura you're a life saver!

i have dealt with GT Electrical for many years & my parents before me. I have always found the staff to be very helpful & friendly. 95% of the time they have the stock I want but if not they can get it within 2-3 days. Would never go anywhere else
