A. R.I was worried to go to a more independent place but I have purchased 2 washers and a freezer. All spot on. Seems ran by decent guys.
I believe the bad reviews are from the old business owners time. A lot of the old staff were fired from my understanding.

M. M.Purchased a Fridge off these guys. It arrived, but 3 days later. I'd often have to chase for information on whereabouts, rather than being told. Despite that, I got an absolute BARGAIN of a fridge, delivered to my door for a 1/3 of the price you'd expect to pay brand new. So - four stars is about right in my opinion. Good products at good prices - average comms. Good deals with integrity. If you are in the hunt for second hand good, there is always a risk that customer service might be a little lower.

A. T. ,. w. ,. p.They are not relent they told me my washer that I purchased from them would be hire by 5:30 it is now 6:20 I have tried calling them but they are now closed I was supposed to be some where they are taking the Mick I doubt that it will be heire at all tonight ..............
So it's the next day and the washer is finaly heire I did get it at a good price but that dosent really make up for the extremely late delivery.but washer works fine
J. G.Im private landlord sou don't have a lot free time so these guys was Flexible with my delivery, guys in shop work hard and could do delivery for me in Sunday, plus they fitted and took my old appliance away for free
