Very helpful and knowledgeable guys. And they actually have stock ready to go (unlike a major retailer who's website only showed one model ready to collect!). Old machine packed up at 3pm, popped along to maple leaf at 3.30pm on a Saturday and washing machine home and fitted by 4.30pm.

My washing machine broke down so went to Maple Leaf for a new washer. My washer is integrated and from previous experience fitting these can be difficult especially getting the kitchen unit door back on. The staff at the shop were so friendly and helpful, providing advice. They offer a fitting service and stated if the washer didn’t fit for any reason I didn’t have to take it. They came today and managed to fit the washer and unit door which wasn’t straight forward. They even straightened my dryer door for me as well. Very professional. Also took my old appliance away for me. Would highly recommend.

Saturday afternoon, I rang for a new spare part, a cooker element, when I arrived at the shop the part was on the counter and waiting for me, it was the correct part, while there I also bought a light bulb for the cooker oven light, the gentleman who served me took it out of the box before selling it to check the filament was intact. Good old fashioned true quality service and experience. I will use this shop in future for any electrical appliance needs. Thank you for providing an excellent service.

These guy's could not have done more to ensure my new washer was delivered in a Covid secure manner, quickly and at a good price. After watching YouTube videos to fix my dryer I replaced parts and still wasn’t working called an engineer in Hull who said call Hotpoint I decided I was going to buy a new dryer £300 called maple leaf to explain my situation instead of just trying to sell me a new dryer he diagnosed the problem in over the phone in seconds and it was fixed 30 seconds later saving me £300 this weekend top man proper old fashioned service putting customer before profit a real rarity these days.
