C. F.So was on the look out for a new AV receiver but the one I wanted (Onkyo TX-NR696) was out of stock EVERYWHERE. Have used RS several times in the past and decided to see if they had any open box or ex-display receivers. Found what I was looking for at the Hull branch. Emailed through and had an excellent convo with Rich who confirmed the condition and accessories etc. After requesting a callback (which was actioned promptly) I placed my order. Within 48hrs the receiver was delivered without any hassle and it was EXACTLY as described. If you know RS then you know the service to expect - in the case of the Hull branch and Rich in particular, it's 5/5. Great store, great staff and they are a credit to the RS brand - good job!!

C. H.Buy any tv and get a free five year cover or 6 year cover for VIP members. You just sign up online. Any cover taken out for anything other than tv is just 10 per cent of purchase price. But if you dont need a repair after the 5 years are up you can claim back the cover. Brilliant!
