I had a problem with the washing machine so I contacted to see how much it would cost to repair. I explained the problem over the phone and without any hesitation I was told that it was as simple as removing a block from my waste pipe. I managed to do it in under a minute and it has saved me a fortune. I would just like to say thank you for your advice. Great service thank you. :)

Contacted Rich yesterday as my washer was broken & a family member had recommended Sudomatic, he was very responsive & fitted me in for the next morning, Rich fixed my washer in no time for a great price, he is very friendly & professional I highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this engineer . He was on time friendly and fixed the problem quickly . He also charged what he had quoted .5 out of5.

Rang Rich up last night and he was able to fit me in today. He gave me a 4 hour window of when he thought he'd get to me and he turned up bang in the middle of this period. He came to take a look at my broken Samsung washing machine. It didn't take him long to find out what the problem was and luckily for me, he had the parts so was able to fix there and then. I thought the price he charged for callout, labour and parts was very reasonable and would definitely use him again. Hopefully though, I won't need to. Thanks.

Richard responded to my telephone enquiry swiftly and came to my house extremely promptly, in fact within a few minutes. He had a fantastic 'can do' attitude and was clearly very experienced and competent. He was very friendly. He diagnosed the problems very swiftly and fixed them, and charged an extremely reasonable rate for his labour. I cannot recommend him highly enough, Richard was fantastic. Very prompt service and actually got here earlier than he thought. Extremely pleasant and easy to talk to and straight to the point. Gave an honest opinion about the machine and explained the machine would last about 6 months to a year. Has got our future custom and we will go to this company when we are ready for a replacement. Unfortunately, my husband dealt with him and forgot to offer a cuppa. I have no problems with recommending this company to others!

A repair man who turns up when he said he will? Impossible these days! I half expected him to be accompanied by Gromit. Instead there was a knock at the door and the masked Sudomatic man was at the ready to repair my washing machine which wouldn't drain properly because of all the coins in the filter pipe (#livingwithteenagersisanightmare). Within 20 minutes he had sorted that problem and reset the tumble dryer trip switch for the thermostat. Efficient, professional, clean, tidy and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend and will make sure his number is saved in my phone for any future catastrophes. Thank you!

Would highly recommend. Can't sing the praises of Rich enough. He came to repair a modern condenser dryer. He suspected it was electrical and had the knowledge, experience and mindset to test the electrical socket. He found that the electrical supply to the house was dangerously and illegally high and recommended that we call our electricity supplier straight away. I messaged Sudomatic on a Sunday afternoon (didn't want to phone and distrurb at a weekend) with details of our non urgent faulty washer dryer. Richard replied very quickly and offered to call round on Tuesday morning to take a look. He arrived as promised and soon diagnosed the problem as a faulty heating element. He had a new element in his van which he fitted in no time and the washer dryer now works like new. A reasonable charge for a job well done. I would definetely recommend Sudomatic for repairs.
