Went to pick up an order I had paid for online. It was one of only a handful of shops I had been to since the lockdown restrictions were relaxed. I visited early on a Friday and it was quiet. Social distancing was clearly marked out, staff were cleaning down the chip and pin machine before each customer, staff were very friendly. Face coverings were required to enter the shop, as expected. At the cashiers desk I was clearly instructed where to stand on the designated floor markers to maintain social distancing. Process was very smooth I only had to read out my collection number and proceed to the collection point. The only point I had to touch anything was when I collect my item.

Same as any Argos. Wait time was reasonable. Parking ok - avoid at weekends!!! Getting off the site is horrendous. Update… since posting my last review traffic lights have been installed which does assist with getting off site at peak times but…. only visit at weekends if really necessary, sheer volume of traffic still makes it very busy.

Whenever i've been here i've always been in and out quick and been able to find everything i need but last time i went, i had to pick something up that i had reserved and the lady on the desk seemed very off. I always think customer service is important in every way. even if the company get something wrong, if you have good customer service it can be put right. But this lady didn't seem to greet me in any nice way or even smile. Otherwise all good.

Argos itself is fine, where it is situated is not fine. Due to funneling all the retail park store's traffic into one ridiculously designed slow moving lane, expect wait times of up to an hour in peak periods. Update: after hitting the news with how bad it was, the lights improved, but I can still see it being slow when busy. Increased my rating as I frequent the argos store and rarely have any issues and they've helped me on several occasions.

The retail park is very small. Only have Next, Argos and one more store which i forget. I only visited argos to collect some stuff. The staff was very helpful. The people of Ipswich seems very friendly and nice. This was my first visit to Ipswich.
