My oven broke on a Friday night, I called Phil and left a message. He phoned me back on the Saturday and diagnosed the issue over the phone. He said he would order the replacement part and phone me when it came in. The part arrived on the following Tuesday and he came round straight away to fit it. Phil is friendly, prompt, tidy and reasonably priced and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thank you.

I was extremely disappointed when my Panasonic microwave stopped working and the guarantee had only recently expired!! The customer service we received was excellent - so knowledgeable, friendly and gave a very prompt service.
