Went with my Husband to buy a suit as we're going to a Celebratory Dinner and they have specific dress code. We must of spent at least 30 min in store as we couldn't find either the size or colour we needed However,Layla was AMAZING! Credit to Next store: what a lovely girl she is and lovely customer service,nothing was to much fuss. We were more than pleased with the service,couldn't praise her enough! I buy clothes and furniture from Next. Very large and spacious store. The clothes are very well made. I bought a microwave, that stopped working and the staff exchanged it without any problems. They were so helpful.It is nice to browse round the store.

Very disappointed, bought a tripod standard lamp cost £130 18 months in changing the bulb and the screw shade fixing broke. Thought we could buy another fixing but the original one was part of the lamp spoke to next who said as it was over 3 months old there was nothing they could do. Whilst I know we live in a throw away society you expect things to last longer than 18 months

My wife purchased a shirt for me for Christmad from this store which turn out to be a tad to small. Thankfully they issued a voucher for the shirt without query even though we had misplaced the receipt and removed the tag in a polite and helpful manner

Lovely modern store, lots of stock. However, the 1st lift was out of order........quite a walk to other lift when you're disabled!! Disabled toilet needs a serious 'deep' clean please.......... Really need more than 4 disabled bays outside the front door.

I needed a suit and accompanying bits and pieces. After finding the choice quite overwhelming I asked a staff member for some assistance. Phil was the staff member in question and was a total life saver. He was able to steer me in the right direction re size etc and helped to make a potentially stressful situation straight forward and easy. If you're looking to buy a suit and accompanying accoutrements and think you'll need some assistance I'd recommend making a beeline for Phil.

It's a pretty big store with clothing, general home decoration and furniture options to choose from. As for your expected pricing I'd say ££ (out of 3), so kinda expensive but there are fairly priced clothing items too, all good quality made to last a while. It has a ground and first floor (accessible via both lift and escalator).

This place is huge its like a mall with childrens & adults clothing which i do find Next stuff is of a good quality at an affordable price. There is homewares for the home in here & it is on 2 levels, womens clothes on the ground floor & mens on the 1st floor. Plenty of parking as there are 2 other businesses opposite. Lots to look at here, enjoy.

I have used Next for many years for clothing as well as Next home products such as bedding etc , I love the hi thread count sheets , I popped into Next today to grab a single duvet but sadly I used my motorbike and had no way off getting it home .

Easy parking, spacious enough to avoid feeling crowded, but clothing area downstairs is a bit of a jumble sale with a price tag. Not easy to avoid random display units everywhere for less abled I suspect. However, staff friendly and range of clothing very good. It's a Next store and provides the average Next experience. We didn't have to wait to enter which was nice and the store had numerous reminders to maintain social distancing. Hand sanitisers were strategically positioned so that items could be inspected if needs be without fear of contamination, that was in the men's department. The store wasn't particularly busy so it was a pleasant experience.

As shopping at the moment is awful and not at all enjoyable Next wasn't too bad. Clothes shopping is impossible unless you are prepared to travel back with items that don't fit or not suitable. Mask wearing is uncomfortable and adds to the misery. Luckily all I wanted was a kettle so it was a quick in and out for me. This was not available on line which cheesed me off so I had to go to a shop, miles away. God help the retail industry.

A good sized Next, good choice of clothes and homeware. There is a Costa on site however I no longer use this as it never seems very clean and the service can be very slow. The toilets are also not great! However, I am a regular visitor to this store and for clothing it is good. The usual gripe for Next stores, it would be good to have more children's choices in age 12 and above rather than having to order these sizes online.

Ditch the clothes, sell the smell. What is it about the smell when you walk In. a good sized shop with every item you would be after. Failing that, staff are always helpful and can order it. This store looses a star because the Garden Area massively let's it down. Wasted space that I'm sure could be utilised better. All in all a decent enough shop.

Nice shop, nice selection, good place to go for a drink at the Costa. Drinks aren't cheap. But the clothes are sensibly priced. Sadly there clothing sizes for men don't seem account for anyone who is other than average. Shirts are cut on the slimmer size and you can't buy it collar size.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Next. Staff are always willing to help and are always friendly. You don't have to spend alot of money to get quality clothing and products. However you do have to the choice to spend a little more if you wish to. For anyone after any casual, formal or dress clothing I would recommend visiting. Thier home section is great, it does feel a little small, however they use the space well and it doesn't feel cramped, and is full of great home wares.

Next home this name apt for this outlet. A place where you can get all sort of homeware here. Good collections of clothings are available but price is expensive. Unique home decorative items are just amazing here. One added thing is Costa here they had a Christmas special spicy coffees were too good.

I’ve experienced over and over and always shack my head, they always run out of the most popular items first to which you expect !
