T. D.Technician advised his arrival and was very punctual. A personable and friendly young man. No electrical fault was detected in my cooker hob and I was given a satisfactory explanation as to what probably caused the 'fault' which had been concerning me. I realised after he'd left that the cooker (free standing) was slightly misplaced. I should have checked myself. My son manoeuvred it for me as I couldn't manage in the tight space the cooker sits.
G. J.Cannot praise highly enough, very quick response to the original reported problem, problem obtaining part for washer/dryer but when they got it a very rapid repair, on washer and cooker, by a knowledgeable and polite engineer. I would recommend this business to anyone.
P. G.Excellent service. The engineer (Mick) turned up on time. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He dismantled machine and fitted new shock absorbers. He was very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have him in the house. I would thoroughly recommend the company and Mick especially.
V. C.They completed a freezer door replacement for my Beko fridge freezer, and I've been really happy with their service. All three employees who have been at my house (one to diagnose the problem initially, two to repair and replace door) have been polite and friendly. All the staff I have dealt with in the office have been friendly and helpful too.
I was nervous having read the couple of negative reviews on Google, but I would absolutely recommend them. They were arranged through my Beko warranty, but I would definitely use them again for any other repair needs I have.
B. R.A return trip for Dave as the part (burner) had come in. He replaced the burner quickly and lo and behold the oven lights up immediately! Great job! Nice bloke, skilled engineer, great company! So thanks Dave and thanks TK Granham.
C. M.I am awaiting the engineer from TK Garnham right now, to fit a new fridge door. I reported this only 2 days ago and they have the new door already.
My 5 star review is not based on that, of course. It's based on the three previous times they have been out, twice to the dishwasher (and one of those faults may have been my of own doing) - and once to replace an oven element. I have always found all of their staff polite, knowledgeable and courteous.
