From the moment we booked an appointment at the show room with Matthew to the time the project was complete and ran by Patrick, the service across the board was excellent and flawless. I could not recommend KBB enough. We are so pleased that everyone who worked within our property from the kitchen fitters, electrician, plumbers, plasterers, floor fitters and the chaps that fitted the worktops could not do enough to ensure all works where completed to an outstanding standard. We were kept informed from start to finish on who was going to be in attendance and when . Highly recommended and we will be using them again for other works. Thanks to everyone for working around us and for the perfect kitchen.

KBB designed and fitted a replacement kitchen and utility for us in December 2020. There were lots of styles to chose from, and we went for a fairly timeless option, (Oak/Shaker), from the Masterclass range. The quality of the new kitchen is superb, the advice we got from the experienced KBB team was always spot on, and the craftsmanship installing the kitchen and changing the plumbing, wiring etc. was truly excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble throughout the process. We are delighted with the new kitchen and utility room which both significantly exceeded expectations, and we are extremely satisfied customers. We can't recommend KBB highly enough. They also did a really great job remodelling a bathroom at the same time. Very many thanks indeed to all the KBB team.

What can I say, professionalism all the way. From the time we visited the showroom and met Hina who helped design our new bathroom to Derek the fitter who was no less than a perfectionist. Regular visits to make sure everything was going well and one final visit to make absolutely sure we were happy with the finished product, which we most certainly are. Would recommend to anyone. Great service and help throughout the process, from Hina in the showroom to the installation. Hina deserves a special word of thanks, with a bathroom, on-suite shower room and a cloak room to get sorted it was a challenge at times especially with a few late curved ball specification changes, Hina took it all in her stride and smiled and got to work making the changes! KBB were brilliant from start to finish. Having visited the showroom and gone through the design process it was really nice to not be put under any pressure and work with a professional designer who was really focussed on what we wanted. The kitchen was ordered and we were able to set a date for installation early so could plan accordingly. The fitter (Karl) was fantastic and his attention to detail and really helpful approach meant small issues which cropped up were dealt with quickly and without any issues. Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. We have been guided and advised along the way by various members of the KBB team. We had looked extensively for a kitchen provider before discovering KBB. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying in their motor home during installation. Our first interaction with the KBB team was with Mathew whom we met at the showroom as soon as lockdown allowed us to. They had everything in place to make you feel safe during your visit. Appointments were provided and it was never an issue keeping socially distanced. From our first meeting it was obvious that Mathew understood our project. He made suggestions to improve the scheme and we soon arrived at a design which we were super happy with. A site visit was arranged and the measurements supplied by my builder were all confirmed. Nothing was left to chance and every detail was accurately confirmed. Nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen has now been installed and I can honestly say, we are so happy with it. The price was competitive, and the installation first class. From start to finish, we have received the best advice and first class customer service from a team of people who are always willing to go that bit further than anyone else to ensure the project is outstanding. So thank you to all the KBB team at Ipswich.

We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Our kitchen is magnificent now, state of the art, we could not be happier. KBB has a fantastic team to work with from the very beginning. We needed to have some work done in our basement before we were able to tackle the kitchen. KBB referred to us to guys who helped us with that, they stayed in touch throughout that process as well. While designing our kitchen KBB and their team provided tips and suggestions without being overbearing. Work was top-notch and the finished product is beautiful !

We have just had the most beautiful kitchen fitted by KBB. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. Absolutely no hard sell, no problems just solutions all the way through. Also important to note the fitters are highly experienced craftsmen (I don't think they have any ladies so no sexism intended) not just fitters. This makes all the difference when working with a slightly squiffy kitchen!

Seriously good. Customer service was simply exceptional. No hassle in the showroom and the service and knowledge about the products is brilliant. Caroline and Johnathon literally went out of their way to help us with the bathroom refit. Timeliness was exceptional with a very friendly and professional level of service. We had to use another contractor for the actual refit as they were booked up but were starting to recruit more fitters. TBF we needed it doing within 2 WEEKS. Its not a surprise to see how busy they are if the customer service is anything to go by. Highly recommend KBB👏

We would really like to thank everyone at KBB everything that they did to provide us with the most amazing bathroom and ensuite, we cannot believe that they are the same two rooms. Darren, the fitter, was very professional and great to have around (during lockdown) for the 4 weeks that it took to totally transform our bathroom and ensuite. His standard of workmanship is second to none, he paid great attention to detail which is obvious from the finish and liaised with us throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending KBB and Darren, to transform the bathroom/ensuite, to others.
