G. R.Wed pm 13th November and Friday am 15th November 2019. We were delighted to have access to the ee outlet in this store. We had several problems and queries re our current phones and were unable to use them The gentleman at the ee desk took time to explain everything to us very patiently. Then he sorted everything out for us and also gave advice and information. We will definitely return when requiring any new phones or broadband and most definitely recommend him to others for his knowledge and help. Thank you.
PS whilst in the ee part of the Argos showroom I saw and bought an item & will be returning to buy a second item I noticed there.

D. J. W.Called in with a friend to return or exchange a large item . Disabled car park next door at carpetright and then we went straight into Argos with the product . I was a bit worried because the product had been bought in a different Argos . But within 5 minutes a member of staff had examined the product and recognised it was faulty . Within another 5 minutes we had a new one with all the parts in .
Maybe it was a bit quiet today but I couldn’t fault the service. Main door opens wide and all floor is flat and level . 10 minutes more or less in and out .
J. D.Went to pick up item reserved at Argos. They tried charging me £20 more. They said it's only the item that is reserved not the price I showed they the email saying Pay In Shore £39.99 they daid price has gone up from yesterday. I told them it was in store and reserved yesterday. They sold me the item at £39.99 not the new price of £59.99
N. Y.Just like any other Argos store, our item was in stock and we were served quickly. However, at peak times the car park is a nightmare both leaving and entering.
