Didn't have what we wanted in stock but we're very helpful a young man reserved our item at another store & we collected it from there. Was very happy with service given.

I love argos very easy to get what you want whether you reserve online or in store you will get what you need very fast. If you check online if item you need is in stock it makes it really simple plus you can reserve without payment and they hold it for 2 days or you can pay online and get your item even faster or get same day delivery 😎

This Argos needs more staff, you seem to take ages to get served on the tills, then takes even longer for your item to be on the collection points. And sometimes it's the same person that served you has to get up and give items out. The staff are always friendly but just need more of them.

I don't know what the previous review is all about I have bought several items from Argos and reserved them to be collected and all times I have been highly satisfied with the service and will continue to use it. There is always someone who will moan about nothing. Don't hesitate use the service it save time in store RT Leicester

It's simply Argos, for those who may not have visited, here's what happens, go in, look up your product in the catalogue, enter the number and see the availability, pay, wait a few minutes, then a nice person calls your number out or it appears on screen, collect your goods and leave. It works.

Got there for 8pm on a Friday night, no staff on tills and although plenty staff around only 1 was seemingly working, took too long to be served and goods were slow down the chute too.

quick service, very helpful staff, woman did everything she could to get the product to me, only slight downfall is that i found the product had gone up in price because of the new catalogue that had just come out.
