One thing I have learnt about this place, don’t go away and think about it or try find it cheaper. Because A: you won’t find it cheaper and B: when you go back to buy it after realising that you can’t find it cheaper it will probably have a big sold sticker on it like in my experience. Luckily the man in the shop had my phone number and promised to message me if he had a Haier fridge freezer on his next delivery. 24 hours later I had a message to say he had one on his delivery, £70 cheaper than curry’s and would be able to deliver it the very next day! 😊 the fridge freezer arrived in its box, brand new and works for perfectly. Will deffo be using this place again. Many thanks to all of you 🤩

I have shopped with this company in the past, however, it was my fist experience going to their 2nd branch on King Richards Road. The showroom along with the customer service received was that of a very high standard. They had the latest brands with plenty of stock and range to select from. Same day delivery was also available for any local orders. What more can you really ask for? Would highly recommend again!

Went into shop today as my washing machine had broken down they was busy but still took time to come over and say as soon as they had finished with customer would help. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me options that they had in store or said they could order in. I had one from store and they agreed to deliver same day for 10 pound but if I wanted it plumbing in and old washer taking away it would be 20 pound. This price was very reasonable and the 2 males in shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they was selling. Excellent service.

I was getting my kitchen completely refurbished. I had organised for a separate company to fit the kitchen excluding appliances. I visited the store and told the staff about the situation. The staff asked me a few questions and within a few seconds recommended me every appliance I required. They then told me to let them know 2 weeks before the kitchen was complete so they could ensure the appliances were ready at the right time. They reassured me that the appliances would be ready and available to install on the same day. The appliances were fitted and really complimented the colour scheme of the new kitchen. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are excellent. I saved circa £1.4k on all kitchen appliances. Honestly, this was an excellent experience and really helped us in a stressful time!!

Brilliant Guys 3-4 people run the business like very smoothly and very friendly high high highly recommended to friends and family and public and this Guys are so brilliant they don’t Treat u as customer they will treat as a family or friend and will recommend the correct item with lower price.
