Me and my daughter go here but mainly for the cafe, compared to going to starbucks/Costa etc it is slightly cheaper and has a good selection of cakes and light bites. Staff have a lays interacted well with my 5 year old daughter and she likes going despite it not being that child friendly.

Ordered online no problems. However store assistant at door didn't seem like she wanted to be there and then assistant on till was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there either. There is no need to be rude to customers.

Wow this place was more than expected, I thought they just did curtains and duvet covers. They do furniture, kitchen ware and fake flowers too but did find some prices a bit OTT, will return once I've re-mortgaged my tent 😂

Great store with high quality home goods. I come here particularly for my bedding. The cafe serves a delicious sausage bap just done right! I recommend the staff here too are super helpful and friendly, especially Kous who kindly assisted us with some dietary requirements. Definitely recommend this place

I never quite know how to describe this store, is it a department store, (Like John Lewis) or is it more like Wilkinsons? I suppose it's between the two. Everything is reasonably priced or cheap, but the quality isn't always the best. Like everything in life you get what you pay for! That said if you are looking for curtains, towels, soft furnishings or cooking equipment it is well worth considering.

As a disabled person, click & collect services are normally great, unfortunately Dunelm in Syston is not one of them. Click and collect is near the exit door and far away from the disabled parking spaces. Once items collected, if you have a trolley you need to queue with those wishing to pay at tills or try to squeeze past. The exit door to bypass the queue is blocked by bollards.

Popped in to get some furnishings the car parking can be a nightmare with long queues especially at the weekend. The shopping Park is let down by this and the fact the parking spaces are very tight indeed. The shop well laid out and once you find the section items easy to find. The checkout area has a simple queue system where open tills call you forward, a bit like the Post Office used to. Recommend to go midweek as the weekend is manic.

Tricky evaluating stores like this during lockdown. Parking at Thurmaston is always crazy & disabled parking inadequate. Many things aren't available in store, & fewer staff are around to offer guidance. That said, I enjoy Dunelm for quality goods & reasonable prices. Also for the odd surprises that can be found on the shelves. And sales, when they happen, are especially good value. I like the design variety & quality bedding, well priced lighting & all kinds of kitchen equipment that are sold here.

Went to dunhelm today and have to say it was one of the best experiences I experience in a retail shop in a long time. Staff welcomed and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. We was buying curtains, nets, and curtain poles for our new house for all the rooms. We had the pleasure of being looked after a person called Emma she was patiently helping to our every need we spent over 1 hour in shop and spent over £200 all thanks to the help from Emma. A credit to your company for having someone like her on board. Thank you again and please congratulate and say thank you to Emma.

Not wheelchair friendly as isles are too narrow. Was once a great shop with fantastic curtain material now, no material as such about; as for other items you can purchase in most similar shoes closer to home, pointless making a special journey

Personally I think the company could do with improving its style and taking on the very fashionable Zara Home. But if zara Home and Home Sense scaled up to the size of Dunhelm in terms of range Dunhelm would. Be in trouble

Went into Dunelm today, was very pleasantly greeted and good to see we were logged in so they know how many are in-store. Directed straight to the sanitiser. All staff I saw were masked, although a few customers were doing the annoying mask below nose thing, which was let go. Clearly marked out for distancing throughout. Otherwise, it's a lovely and we'll stocked shop, very reasonable pricing, good selection of goods.

Very busy the day I visited. It a little difficult to get round with all the stock piled high and close together. I did get lost trying to find the checkout and exit. Parking outside was at a premium as the retail park was heaving.

Good product choice and decent quality, you can get most homeware items for every room in the house. Bedding and curtains in pretty much every colour you'll need. Kitchen items have most brands. Usual has a good seasonal choice (especially around Christmas) It's joined to a host of other shops for convenience. The parking needs to be improved as always fighting for a space. Nice little cafe depends how busy it as to how good the service but you'll get some nice cakes and coffee.

I really like Dunelm. Lots of Xmas ideas around the store at reasonable prices. Fairy lights galore. Dunelm is my happy "go to" shop. I could spend hours in there (& often have!!) Ilove all the bedding they sell, their towels, their array of materials to choose from whether dress making, or sewing by hand, sewing by machine. . . . Creative paintings, ornaments, lighting , kitchen ware bathroom accessories & on & on & on. Then you can sit & have coffee with a cake or a sandwich whilst talking about how nice your house is going to look with all the purchases you've just acquired. . . . Heaven 🌺

There is a real shortage of parking here and it gets busy so there's often long queues to get in and out of the carpark. The store itself is a chain so you won't get much of a surprise of you're used to the brand. It is a large store though so there may be a wider choice of ranges. There's also a café on site, but during busy times you better be prepared for a long wait.

It's great if you want something very specific for your home! There is a mixture of cheap/quality stuff but nothing is very cheap, even the tacky stuff. This store itself is a little run down but fine. I did ask one member of staff a question who acted as if I was an idiot which was annoying, we're not all DIY experts!

This is the big one at Thurmaston, easy parking and a big overflow, lots of household stuff, i follow mrs Stilton around as I am baffled by some of the things in there, but when mrs S wanted her curtains hanging everything I needed was there and they make made to measure too. Cafe is good, nice place. Update 16th October p.m. Sitting in the cafe, enjoying a slice of Victoria sponge and a chocolate milk shake, only minutes to go before closing and the ladies served me without complaint, delicious milk shake and the cake was moist all the way through. Really good service.

This store is a good alternative for quality products. The range is vast and wide and covers pretty much everything you can possibly want in a home! The prices are moderate and they always have offers and sale items also from time to time.

Dunhelms has always been a good place for bedding, towels and soft funishings but on this occasion I was meeting a new friend for the first time. I have intolerance to dairy so am often not catered for at catering establishments and I found out that my friend was following a gluten free diet. Thrilled to find out were were both catered for in the coffee shop. Nice atmosphere, we were able to while away a couple of hours having late breakfast, early lunch and 2 lots of tea and coffee. Soya milk and gluten free sandwiches. Both very happy customers and will be going again!

Returned a faulty curtain pole, all other poles of that make faulty (5 of them). Therefore had to spend an extra £10 on another style of pole. Talked to 2 members of staff, one on the shop floor, one at the till. Total disinterest in the problem and I'm sure the faulty goods will remain where they are till some other mugs drive back and forth to exchange them.
