Friendly, professional and efficient. Initially contacted to repair a fridge freezer which was not going to be cost effective. Tim from Enderby Appliance Repairs was able to facilitate purchase of a new Hotpoint unit at a good price which included installation and removal of old fridge freezer, we also purchased an new oven via Enderby Appliance Repairs. Really pleased with the service we received and a highly recommended business.

I contacted Enderby Appliance Repairs to fix problems with my Dishwasher and Washing Machine. Tim arrived as arranged and found the Dishwasher PCB was faulty and the washing machine dispenser was cracked. The PCB was uneconomic to replace, so Tim sourced installed and disposed of the old dishwasher and replaced the washing machine dispenser in one visit all for a very reasonable fee. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Enderby Appliance Repairs for any similar work

Rang Tim mid morning to ask if he could fix my machine which was tripping all my electrics. He was polite, courteous, came round that evening and it was diagnosed and fixed within about 15 minutes. We contacted Tim as the integrated dishwasher we inherited after a house move had stopped working. He was easy to contact and agreed to come out and look at the problem quickly for a very reasnoble agreed call out fee, that would only be payable if we didn't undertake repairs with him. Unfortunately the dishwasher was beyond repair, but Tim was able to source us a new replacement and install, as well as taking away the old one. The call out fee was not charged given that we sourced the new dishwasher from him. Friendly and professional service, would highly recommend.

Used this business for repairs to a Bosch washing machine and dishwasher - would have had to wait over 10 days for Bosch to come, but Tim was able to visit the next day, and for the washing machine the repair was done there and then as he had the necessary part. For the dishwasher the part had to be ordered but as soon as it arrived I was contacted and offered a visit to fit it, this was done on a Saturday. Professional, value for money service which I can absolutely recommend.

These are great guys - please be careful as the bad reviews are for the Enderby Appliance "Care" who I have been told have now gone bust. Tim and Dan came out to fix my Aga immediately after I called in a fault and have been here late this evening fixing it as it is cold outside. Highly recommended.
