Ordered a washing machine about 5pm ...was delivered next day at 10am ! The gentleman that delivered was very friendly and helpful. Option to pay in delivery which gave me the added confidence of not handing money before I had seen the product . Bought into my flat , and has a warranty ...along with free delivery. When you consider you can spend that on a second hand product with no delivery and no warranty I think this is great ! Only received today but all working as it should . Definitely a thumbs up 👍

Customer service 10/10. No idea how there’s any bad reviews(especially from people who have never purchased) Would recommend buying from here. Needed to change delivery address due to working and was done straight away with no problems, needed some help with the washer and got a reply straight away with all the help I needed.

Highly recommend, easy to contact before purchase answered all questions and able to help despite having a flight of stairs to get a washing machine up. Machine delivered next day by a lovely guy, installed it and made sure it worked before leaving and took my old machine away. 5 star service!

I cannot speak highly enough of Hoys Electrical. Their website is clear and easy to use, and the new auction section is great. I have bought a few items from them now (and will buy more I'm pretty sure). The prices are so low and with the free and speedy delivery you get some real bargains. I have never used this company before but i must say i was very impressed from beginning to end. I ordered a washing machine and dealt directly with Chris and he answered all my questions before i placed my order for s washing machine. Driver was brilliant, although he couldn't fit my new machine (due to my unsafe fittings he is not allowed to touch) he gave me great advice and it was very helpful.
