Chris was professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. He provided a price, came in soon after, and washing machine is working perfectly again. So, reviews are my go to just like everyone else, when looking for a good service. I can honestly say that the reviews posted for Chris are 100% accurate. Very professional and most importantly honest. Single parent, female can often equal exploited, not with Chris. My washer issue was diagnosed and remedied within the hour. There may be a call out charge but that's to stop the time wasters. The call out charge is off set against the work, it equates to the first hour of work. The most thorough work completed with success. Value for money and one to be trusted. Shop with peace of mind with this one 🙂

I didn't end up using their service as the issue I called about sorted itself out in the end, but the initial conversation I had with them was good enough to want me to use their services in the future. I spotted their van out driving in Thurmaston and thought I'd give them a call to see what services they offer. It was originally for a very old commercial washing machine we had on site at work. The gentleman who called back was very polite and offered to come the following day to have a look at the appliance. Even though I didn't use his service this time the 5 stars were given for a prompt reply and polite conversation despite cancelling his visit.

Chris from Quickwash Appliance Repairs is a star engineer. This is the 2nd time we've used his company. The 1st was a few years back when he repaired a noisy kitchen extractor and most recently he has repaired our dishwasher. He is reasonably priced, polite, patient and quick to turn up when there's a problem, what more do you want or need from a trades person. The dishwasher was an integrated unit so we looked at the option of repair vs replace and went with the repair to save the hassle of getting a chippie in to match the doors etc.. We are happy with the repair and 1 year warranty on the part. After sales service was excellent as well as we noticed that we had a small leak on the inlet connection near the isolation valve to the dishwasher and Chris was around the next working day at a convenient time and fixed the problem. Me and my family have no hesitation in recommending Chris for any future appliance repair.

Had Chris out today to repair my oven and he fixed it in less than an hour. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone.
