Called in here yesterday to have a look at lighting and there was a great selection with items of furniture and nick-nacks. Did not intend to eat in cafe section but ended up having ham, eggs and chips which was delicious. The couple next to us had a huge burger and a chicken Caesar salad which looked very appetising. Staff were very informative and friendly. Will definitely return.

Ordered 8 savoury afternoon teas for my husband's 60th birthday celebrations over the jubilee weekend. Ready on time for collection, freshly made and cooked, and well labelled as we had dietary requirements. The selection was very varied and so tasty! The quality and attention to detail even down to the garnish, was outstanding. Great customer service and certainly recommend

Very busy lunchtime, lots of cars so careful when parking. Lots of lovely food. No good if you're in a rush. Very nice staff who seemed a little rushed of their feet!!!

First time going to this lovely cafe! Would recommend. Me and my partner really enjoyed our food. I had mushroom and spinach,eggs benedict. My partner had a the large breakfast 🙂

Very impressed! Booked a lunch table for 3 adults a few days beforehand. No queues, seated quickly with menus, after a short while drinks order taken + food ordered. Had posh fish fingers in a brioche bun with salad & chips - very tasty!!

I have been here 3 times for Afternoon Tea. The Afternoon Tea are amazing. It was very busy with people having Afternoon Tea and lunch. Looking at all the empty plates the lunch menu must be just as good. I would recommend Amelia Alice.

Actually visited for the restaurant, absolutely fantastic. Sat in a nice outdoor hut which was nice and warm. Great pie and one of the best and biggest slices of Carrot Cake I have ever had.

The staff are knowledgeable, they will give you time to browse with out 'hovering'. When you are ready,they are there with advise,suggestions and an honest based opinion of what may work with your decor. Great tea room as well.

Fantastic buffet for a birthday party, themed room with a lot of nostalgia, good prices and friendly staff.there are steps so not good for wheelchairs. Lovely shop to browse but again a big showroom upstairs as well. Also has eating area outside when the weather permits.

Fantastic range of lighting options, friendly staff. We've been struggling to find good light fittings and are happy we found this store. Their new cafe is excellent as well. We've purchased one light fitting and will definitely be going back for more lights (and lunch)!

Just got back from having an afternoon tea as a birthday treat. What can I say about the food. . . Sandwich fillings were of excellent quality. Homemade scones were so light and the cakes!!!! I had chocolate, my sister had lemon and elderflower. There is only one word FANTASTIC. Thank you ladies. Will see you again soon.

Weve been to Amelia Alice quite a few times since they opened but unfortunately the last 2 times have been disappointing. Today we dropped in for lunch and had soup and a sandwich each. We waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive. The sandwich was lovely but the soup (Brocolli & Stilton) was far too strong with stilton to even taste any brocolli and I had to leave mine. Despite the couple on the next table to us asking about the soup and my comment to them of how overpowering it was in front of one of the waitresses who overheard the conversation, not one of the staff asked us how our meal was. Not being the type of person who would blatantly blurt it out in front of a restaurant of diners, we left after paying with not a pleasant experience. The time before this again the time we had to wait for our food was also long. I used to recommend this place to my girl friends but for me I will not be doing in the future.

A lovely new tea room in Amelia Alice Interiors in N.Hykeham. Open 7 days a week. Eat in or out. I have enjoyed 'proper coffee' and cake there and vegetarian breakfast. All very nice.
