Excellent same day delivery. From online ordering, 3 hours later item arrived at our door. Will use this service again as opposed to Amazon next day delivery. What's more is that the delivery guy paid great attention to the item security plus was friendly with excellent communication skills.

All good,had a couple of items from Argos in last month, both expensive. Think Argos have upped their game in recent years,at one time the customer services queue was a lot longer than people buying but doesn't seem to be the case now days. Even had both items in stock which again was a bit surprising

I had to exchange a faulty product for a new one. I had had a very exhausting and frustrating morning, when i got there i was being a very awkward and confused customer. I was taken care of by Nicole (hope that's the right name) who was very patient and understanding of my ramblings and awkwardness. She also was amazingly cool when i cut my finger open on my car keys, do my own fumbling. Very polite and very helpful. Two thumbs up to her 👍👏

Ordered a Samsung Fridge/freezer from Argos, on the internet. PC World could not say when they could complete an order as this particular item had sold out everywhere. First delivery date was amended but delivered today by two very helpful chaps. Because Argos could not deliver on the first date, they waived the delivery fee🤗. Excellent service.

Ordering and paying was fine - fast and friendly. Actually collecting my order was significantly harder as it took forever. I spent an eternity watching my purchase sitting on the shelf waiting for the staff to hand it over to me. There weren't many other people waiting and the staff seemed very earnest, communicating on their headsets but didn't really seem to actually be achieving much.

Went into the store to buy a phone charger and when I went to go pay for I was instantly greeted with brilliant customer service, and a fast service. There were a few people waiting but the staff seemed to be working together well and provided all of us with our items in a quick and meaningful manner. The store was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

This Argos is in a very nice building with plenty of room and is in a very convenient location. Service here has always been quick and friendly and I've never been waiting for more than 10 minutes for my item.

Argos is generally great but this one suffers from long and slow queues at the tills. The machine pay points are frequently broken so that means a long wait. The product pickers and under staffed so collecting anything is slow.

Nothing to distract you or children from the waiting time, could have tv on for even if its the news, would be better than not having something to watch at all while waiting at busy times, equality is not respected by argos, hardly seen a disabled worker work in there at all, doubt they even employ them despite saying on the application forms, they are an equal opportunities employer but are unequally treating the disabled
