I went in here for an emergency, I needed spare bedding as my children's bedding needed replacing at short notice. They have an adequate range of goods but, generally, I think the value for money is a bit on the not-as-cheap side.

The quilt we wanted was out of stock & not available to be delivered to our home when a member of Staff checked for us. She then checked where the nearest Store had stock (Boston). She then processed our order for Click & Collect and we then travelled to the Boston to collect our quilt. Thank you for all your help in Lincoln.

Fantastic cafe. Always a warm welcome from great staff. The hot and cold food is always consistently good quality and amazing cakes too. To top that off the coffee is fabulous much rather come here than go to Costa. The only thing that could make it better is if it opened later at the weekend. Keep up the amazing work.

Absolutely awesome place, easy booking, easy booking in, the site is clean and awesome, the pitches are a fair size, the electric and WiFi ate so cheap. The bar and cafe are pretty good, dogs allowed on site but not allowed indoors however weather wasn't good and we were told as it was quiet we could bring our boy indoors which was an added bonus. All staff are so happy and accommodating makes the stay even that more special, we will definitely be back here

As always a decent cup of coffee and scone to pass the time. Customers behaving themselves but still an appreciable number NOT wearing masks or distancing. Why are they being let in the store? There is a clear notice at the entrance asking customers to wear masks and a staff member counting them in. What's the point if you let them in without masks(?) One family of three were wandering around unmasked and handling everything.

Bought a few things at good prices and they have somewhere to eat upstairs too. We were kept waiting for the meal long after the coffres had been drunk so we weren't too pleased about that though. Must give a special mention of Paula in the cafe as she worked her socks off but kept her cool at all times. They either need more staff or better equipment there though....

The store tends to charge a lot, but the items are very nice. I especially like the bedding and baby items. The furniture can be pricey, but it is lovely. The cafe is the best feature, but it is currently closed. The toilets are also closed, which is quite poor.

Offering a click & collect service at the moment because of the pandemic. I arrived to collect my items and was immediately faced with a huge queue outside, I don't mind that, pretty much expected at the minute but when I got to the front of the queue I could see everyone's items literally thrown in a crate, no nice piles/stacking, couldn't see any order within the stuff waiting to be collected so after the member of staff rifled through all the stuff she eventually found mine, just glad my stuff wasn't damaged. Keep this in mind if ordering anything delicate, mirrors etc.

Brilliant selection of bedding and curtains plus lighting, homeware cookery, fabrics and occasional furniture.. plus they have some cute Christmas items at the moment. 👍 The cafe on the 1st floor where we had coffee and scone has very good 'covid' system in place and good selection of lite bites and cakes.. 😋

A very well stocked shop with many different household goods. Well worth a look round. There is a coffee shop on the 1st floor, enabling a drink break during your shopping trip. Highly Recommend.

This is a fab shop with loads of good stuff at reasonable prices. The staff are also generally enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The only (small) complaints are: 1) the public toilets are in the back left corner of the shop, hidden away behind the bedding department, about as far away from the first floor canteen as it's possible to get. There really need to be some toilets on the same floor, ideally in the vicinity of the canteen. 2) the layout of all the different departments is confusing and cramped, leading to a 'rat-in-a-maze' feeling as you're trying to navigate through the store. A more logical layout, different coloured flooring for the main pathway through the store, and less seemingly-random stands dotted about making the place look messy and haphazard would greatly improve the shopping experience.

Purchased a king size duvet for £28.00 which had sticker stipulating this and charged me £42.00 noticed when I got home 16miles away as emailed the receipt ,now got sort the problem out and will cost me more money to return it so will be out of pocket for someone not doing their job correctly

Staff could've been more polite instead of "barking" orders at customers. I work in retail myself so I'm well aware of the difficulties in these current times, but that doesn't entitle staff to be rude to customers who are trying to get used to a new way of shopping.

Very kind and courteous staff that I had the pleasure of having to serve me. I needed lots of material lengths cutting and nothing was too much trouble for the young ladies. One lady even missed her lunch break because there was no one to visit er her to finish my list of material that I needed. I must say that the amount of materials stocked now is far far less than what they used to be before a long time ago. I’ll definitely go back as around 4-5pm it’s very quiet and you can get a car parking space every time.

Busy on my visit....pm on a Saturday. The store is laid out in a confusing way which also means it is difficult to maintain distance from other customers. Is it a 1 way system or not? Who knows and that's the problem. Did they ditch their original one way system but keep the floor arrows or are they failing to police it......not a good experience.

Am concerned that a director of Dunelm is the,, 'failed' previous ceo of the post office who was responsible for the false prosecution for fraud of thousands of post-office managers, whose convictions are now being overturned. Her attitude might effect the previous excellent reputation Dunelm and its upto now loyal staff enjoyed.

We love Dunelm. When our house burned down it was here that we were able to find and replace our soft furnishings and home decor from. Having curtains that match the duvet makes your bedroom so much more cosy and attractive. You can also match little things like oven gloves and table runners with kitchen curtains to get everything go-ordinating. You can find some real treasures like pirate treasure chests and cute children’s seating and tons of things for birthday gifts and stocking fillers. Whenever my parents visit we go there for a browse and finish with a coffee and snack or cake and we always find new bits.

I always find Dunelm a bit hit and miss. Some of the stuff they sell is pure tat. A few examples are: - a loo brush holder that rusted after about a week - a picture frame that I realised was broken at the till, but couldn't find a non-broken one of the 5+ remaining in the store - a miniature chest of draws where the one draw front had been attached (with glue) upside down However, some of the branded stuff they do is a good price and their lighting section is good (just check that they're in one piece before leaving the store).
