Website good and delivery quicker than expected. Product, a charcoal cooker hood filter, was not a good fit. The website did warn it was now less deep but, didn't say that it now no longer locked into place or sealed against the base! I fixed it with a 'washer'made of some model airoplane neoprene fuel tubing! works a treat but shouldn't have been necessary.

They helped identify the microwave part I required and then sourced it at a very significant saving to the OEM part. It was delivered as promised and is exactly the same specification of the original part. A fantastic service!

Ordered an Upper Element for a Cooke & Lewis (B&Q range) cooker. It took 10 working days to be delivered, when 5-7 were advised, but happy otherwise, as Interspares were the only Company who could source this part for me. Would use again, thanks.

I ordered a heating element from them, to fix my oven. The element took a age to arrive, so sick of takeaways and microwave food I ended up just replacing my oven. Sods law the element arrived the next day! So I filled in the returns form on line and sent the element back. It took a while but finally got a reply and most of my money back.

Speedy delivery of a like-for-like replacement part for our cooker hood. Not particularly cheap for what is basically a lamp-holder and a few wires, but a lot less expensive than a new hood and it's now good as new.

Having searched for weeks to get an ignition electrode for my now obsolete Leisure Classic range cooker, I eventually managed to get the right part number. However, no one seemed to stock the item.
