He came out on time, when he said he would, very polite and helpful, fixed my washing machine which was actually not a leaking door but an issue with my water outlet being too strong. He altered that for me and only charged me for the call out. Really happy with the service over all! Would definitely recommend and use again should I have any issues with my appliances. We called Neil to look at an old dishwasher. After very prompt communication Neil came to look at the dishwasher and after assessing that there was little to do to help in the particular situation, he very kindly didn't charge for the call out. A very honest and professional service - clearly not out to just rinse for as much cash as possible. Will say when there's not much that can be done, which I very much appreciated! Will be using again in the future!

This guy is great. Quick to respond to my call, he was out to me first thing next day. Tumble Dryer stopped spinning. I emailed via the website on Saturday morning. Neil responded promptly to advise could attend Tuesday morning at 8am. Neil turned up on time and not only quickly diagnosed the washing machine problem he came for but also a cooker problem we had been working around for a year. He promised to be back in touch within a week once the parts he ordered had arrived and sure enough I had a text off him 6 days later. He arranged to make us the first call the next morning and both the washing machine and oven were up and running by 10am. He was professional and knew the ins and outs of our appliances even though some of the parts were discontinued. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neil and he will be our only call in the future.

Top Class Service, Excellent! Absolutely fantastic from Neil. He was out to check out faults with both our washer and dryer in a very reasonable timescale. Problems were addressed on both machines within 30 minutes and very clear advice and explanations of the issues given. When compared to the manufacturers who wanted five times as much just to come out and look at it he’s excellent value. If you need any domestic appliance looking at I would thoroughly recommend Neil.

This man is the best ive seen in a long time that why his rating is 5 star like the other 77 ratings. Rang him in the morning around 11am said he would be an hour and then completed the work in 20 mins. A master of his work and his prices were excellent. You want the best Neil is the best.

The engineer that came was Chris, who contacted me by text message the afternoon before my appointment to confirm. The following morning Chris arrived on time as arranged, carried out the work required in a very professional manner, I was able to pay by contactless after he finished his job. He gave advice on our problem as our American Style Fridge Freezer wasn't freezing at all. We followed the guidance, and it's working perfectly again now. Found this business on Google search. My dishwasher door spring had broken and the manufacturer wanted c£200 to visit and fix it. Neil correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone and within a couple of days, had the parts in hand and the job was completed.
