Staff in home love n friendly quality n stock improved this year,love new furnture n colours but sadly blind from last year,not their this year. Clothes quality not as good as used to be. So go for essentials tshirts,lounge,socks,staff friendly and helpful,when find them. Good 2 metres etc

Very helpful staff , went to buy a suit for my partner. You cant try clothes on in the shop but you do have a 28 day return policy which is great!! All staff wearing face shields 😁. Social distancing in place and if your disabled the let you in and out the door near the disabled bays no questions asked .

Next provide some really good Home products, well made and last well. Their furniture is modern and with plenty of styles to suit most homes. The Lincoln Store could be better if it displayed more of what it has to offer, was hoping to see some of the high back/Wingback Chairs, but what they had was very limited.

Omg finally found a shop that sells clothes my body fits into! This one is quite a large one with lots of choice of work, casual, lingerie, shoes and make up/ accessories. Some things are s bit on the pricey side but the quality difference between this brand and other budget brands is phenomenal. The clothes are made to fit not made to be cheap. Staff in here were very friendly, chatty and helpful. Coffee shop nearby to drop off your husband whilst you shop!

I am a NEXT addict. Love the clothes, love the stores and love the folk working there. So, now you know I like NEXT, you can appreciate my concern coming out of a long lockdown wondering how shopping at NEXT would be. I need not have worried. Walking into store at Tritton Road Lincoln, met by a welcoming smile from staff member who introduced us to the simple, effective directive system , pointed us to hand sanitiser and off we went. Wonderfully set out. Floor spacers placed strategically, no confusion as easy to understand. More hand sanitisers throughout the store , very reassuring. Felt very safe and no claustrophobia happening. Purchases bought , on way home through exit only door. To store manager. Job well done. Your store and staff are a credit to.you. Attitude comes from the top. Happy , efficient staff learn from their manager. Thank you.

It would be nice to see items of my size in stock.It is a common thing in shops to see popular mens clothing not in there size but I expect better from next.I was able to order for next day delivery but wanted a particular shirt that day and the large was not in store.

Wandered around in a daze looking for ideas for Christmas gifts and was more than impressed by what was on offer in the store, so was able to tick lots off my list. The only negative comment I have is that a delegated till area should be provided for any online orders as most of the customers queuing in front of me at both children and ladieswear departments were for the online service. I have worked in retail for many years and found that an allocated till point works better.

It's my regular store, but I have noticed particular 2019 how short staffed it seems. More noticeable at peak and Sale times. Today I went in to collect a parcel, joined the que at the till in the Children's dept because this is where you go for collection of online shopping, all were busy with customers problems, so the que was getting longer, once I eventually got to a till said come to pick up a parcel was then told go over there by the white sign collections being dealt with there. What a waste of my time over 20mins then went over where she pointed to and another person, to find a sign that then you went further on to a machine to put in a 5 digit reference on my phone.... because I always come and know my account number and give this to staff at till my phone was at home. So left and wi have to come back tomorrow. It was frustrating but it could have been better organised and a sign at the door as you enter saying changes been made to collection of parcels. The staff there are always lovely and helpful but I feel NEXT have put the staff under huge demands. I know retail is difficult these days but I do feel some more changes could help staff and customers.

Went to Next sale, as usual it's like a jumble sale. Often hanger size is different to garment size. Why oh why can't Next sort their stock out in sizes on racks e.g. a rack for size 10, a rack for size 12 etc like other stores do, and not just chuck items willy nilly on racks. Most annoying when you can't find what you're looking for in the size you need.
