R. S. G.Small business, between a lot of other ones. I bought an external hard drive, paid and walked out. The shop assistant was nice, helpful. Not much to say. Busy shopping centre around so it is a good choice for other shoppings too. Only negative thing is the car park where you have to pay 50p/ every 30 mins.

l. m.Brilliant Argos. Dont always have a lot of stock in but will usually have it in next day if you order it.
The one thing I love about this place is its open a lot longer than most argos stores even the huge ones at southport st helens and even ormskirk. I think they close around 8pm sometimes 6pm and this Crosby store is open until 9pm most days

I bought a TV in the Crosby store just a couple of days before it closed due to pandemic. I went to tell them about some faults with the TV on the first morning of opening today.
The staff were fantastic and polite. I was expecting to argue my case after a few months. But the staff were very helpful and polite. They ordered me a replacement that I've just been to pick up the same night.
