R. K.Today i was in John Lewis with my brothers and i had a pleasant time there. I have been served by a lovely lady at the Dior perfume stand. I think her name was Simone (if i know her name wrong i apologise then). She was very kind and helpful, i even got a Dior perfume as a present for my graduation.
I hope shes doing well and Thank you for helping me.😊
D.Booked a shoe measuring and fitting, as always, excellent service, very friendly to the children and the fitting is the best, won't sell something that doesn't fit perfectly with the right amount of growing room. Recommend this service to anyone.
S. R.A big thank you to staff at tech support and the TV department. I enquired about replacing my damaged TV remote control and asked whether it was covered in the guarantee. They reassured me it was and within a week I received a replacement. I always love shopping at John Lewis, great staff, great service what more can I say.
C. H.My wife went in to look for some tops and 4 of the girls working in the women's wear department at the fitting rooms were amazing. They supported my wife, helped her to feel confident with her choice, nothing was too much trouble, they were great with our son and the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly it was brilliant.
