Ive been in the store many times but this was the first time visiting coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised. Put some of the more popular places to shame. Coffee was fresh and good. Cakes varied and delicious and service was good. My new coffee spot!

Great variety of products. Helpful staff. New very large shopping baskets. Not a great idea for such a tight store unless you are buying large items.Bought a few smaller items and had to carry them around . Require small baskets as an alternative.

Visited here looking for a light fitting but unfortunately they did not have the one we were looking for, so we went to the cafe upstairs, the staff were amazing helpful and friendly. Top marks to them the food was piping hot and well presented. Will definitely come here again.

Felt nice and safe in here. Sanitiser at the front and a team member at the entrance - I would assume keeping count. Floor markings have now been removed but the store was not too busy. Lots of lovely stock and plenty Method foaming hand wash - and that's what I needed. Great!

We drove from Edinburgh to livingston store for better experience and thought they would have more choices for curtains then the Edinburgh branch, but we were wrong. Decided to go for made to measure option and 2 member of staff were called sick and one will start at 11am. We had to wait there for 2 hours for the lady to come and help us and she did help us to order the curtains. Quite expensive then the ready-made ones but we did not had any options.

Lovely large store with nearly everything you may need. There is a small cafe which was closed when we were there with no clear opening times, could do with correcting that. Everything clean, neat and tidy.

I have used the cafe several times now and the food is delicious. It is a very relaxed atmosphere too. The products in store are of a strong quality. The bedding I have bought is excellent and very comfortable. A real hidden gem. The staff I have encountered have been knowledgeable and helpful. Iain in furniture and Sally in bedding have given me an exceptional shopping experience. I will be back.

Well organised one way system in place. Managed and explained by friendly meet & greet staff at the entrance. Track and trace in operation for cafe. I used the click and collect service, my items were ready within 3 hours at the store, fast and efficient.

Very helpful staff, bought cushions there was only 3 left on the shelf needed 4, the gentlemen approached us asked if we needed any help without us asking and went and checked if there was more cushions through the back 🤗 yeah and he returned with another one for us to complete our set. Thankyou x

Nice shop for bathroom and kitchen were. Also got a good selection of households items. There's a small cafe upstairs that very good. Staff are helpful and very friendly especially at the tills Car park is free outside but can be very busy at peak times and at weekend's

This place has some very nice homely wares, such as quilts, kitchen ware, artificial plants, anything really, it's like "The range" store. but, it is slightly more expensive. There are reduced items, you have to look for them though. I recently bought a new kitchen pedal bin from there, reduced in price. And we have bought our double bed sets too. I think their goods are excellent value.

Easy access lift to upper floor for less able-bodied. Free parking immediately in front of the entrance. Wide range of good quality homewares although a wee bit pricey....hence only four stars. Highly recommend the cafe which has great coffee, tea too of course, and a good range of hot and cold food...including very good range of cakes.

Love and hate relationship with Dunelm at moment. The store was badly needed in Livingston. May not be the cheapest but I have always found the quality very good. It is always a pleasure to shop in there. Having said that I have placed two online orders recently where stock was apparently available and then I was informed that it isn't and they are having to refund my card. These are things I really wanted so I am starting to get rather annoyed. Online site issues really need sorting out before they they start alienating their loyal customers!

Brilliant I love shopping here, this time it was tartan curtains. Sounds yucky but they are gorgeous your spoiled for choice with the different colours. Towels in every colour you can have a loo. Even the lighting is great some real fancy crystal looking chandeliers gorgeous as are the table lamps.

Looking for a rug, it wasn't hanging up or on nearby shelves. Young assistant called Ben went on the look for me and found the size I needed. He then carried it downstairs to the checkout and offered to wait and carry it to the car. Excellent, service.

If you don't want to browse the lovely home accessories and want a bit of me time then, visit the cafe for a good coffee or something else like a plate of soup. Lots more to eat and drink. The staff are VERY helpful.

Large shop with plenty of choice. Some very nice products. A good range of products in several price brackets so you can get nice things in any budget. Staff were very friendly and toilets were clean.

Nice modern clean and well laid out store but sunday mid-morning on a sale day, it took me an age and a store-wide expedition to find an assistant. Then only one person on the till. Staff were helpful, polite and ideal for a peruse but the prolonged experience is slightly less pleasing when you're a bloke intent on minimising the duration of the trip, when you know exactly what you want but don't know where the product is displayed. Still, they're not anywhere near as bad as Currys where they spend 15 minutes trying to get you to buy a warranty for a toaster that cost £4.99 usually when you're in a hurry and the world's about to end. I'd go back to Dunelm though. It's nice there.

Bought a day bed for £79.99 from Livingston last week and they put it by for us to pick up yesterday. My husband picked it up and a gentleman called Ian was very helpful. The day bed is fantastic so easy to build and very sturdy would highly recommend.

The live chat feature didn't work on my mobile phone - maybe it would have on a laptop but I don't have one anymore- I tried calling centre multiple time but gave up due to wait - I went to a store where they couldn't help due to division between store and online sales - I called again, determined to sort problem, it took 50 minutes on hold to get through to call centre . Once I got help it was quick to sort but I wasted literally hours getting sorted
