Terrific service from John and Josh. John took my call and captured the basic details of the faults I had with my dishwasher and also with my washing machine. Appointment was arranged and Josh did an excellent job, both appliances all sorted! Will definitely use again when needed! Thanks!!!

My mum had issues with oven not working. John and his son fixed the problem and even cleaned the oven for her. Mum mentioned she needed a new slimline integrated dishwasher, John sourced this for her, removed the old dishwasher and fitted the new one. Mum delighted with everything and would definitely recommend using John and his son.

Needed to get our washing machine repaired in emergency and the repairman came through and fixed the problem at extremely short notice during the Christmas to New Years period in which you’d expect no one to respond, especially with the snow. Explained the issue to us in an understanding, respectful manner and even joked around with us as well, I work as a sales colleague at a major electronics retailer and this was my first time getting a repairman for my washing machine, I’ve heard tonnes of stories about how repairmen have done this and done that etc but this was an extremely pleasant and calming experience at a very troubling time. Was also considerate and caring when explaining what had went wrong with the appliance to my mother who doesn’t understand English that well. Number has been saved into contacts and this business has become our first call for any domestic appliance troubles.

Where do I start!! Had an interlocker problem with a Hotpoint WMFUG washing machine! Lock not engaging. John came at 1800 hours with his lad and I thought they'd be tired and grumpy! What a cracking pair of guys! Interlocker rewired within 6 minutes and he was off!! Awesome!!Job Done! Highly recommended!

Our washing machine broke down and I’ve used hotpoint numerous times before and it just keeps happening plus I’ve had to wait weeks before they come out which In our house is a nightmare anyway I went online and found John and gave him a call, he was here within half an hour, had the part and fixed the machine for a great price, he even cleared out under my kitchen units and the filter in the machine and explained how to keep it working well as our machine is an older model Can not recommend John enough and it wasn’t until I put a review on his Facebook page I realised 3 other friends of mine use John also and said he’s amazing, which he actually is Won’t be using hotpoint again that’s for sure
