Fantastic fridge!!! We purchased the Subcold 85 as we wanted a bigger size can fridge, this thing is cold cold ❄️ even on 2 or 3 the cans are ice cold 👍 Loving the LED light and lockable function too. Excellent mini fridge (30 LED) purchased. Works really well. Had to reverse door hanging direction and contacted Subcold Ltd as no spare hinge supplied in packaging. Contacted customer service and Maria responsed within an hour and issues were resolved really quickly and spare hinge sent out. Thanks again Maria.

Great wine fridge delivered to spec. However a slight dent on the outer casing prompted a comment back to suppliers. They dealt with the issue brilliantly. They responded quickly during the evening, and then again the next morning. We quickly agreed a partial refund which I was delighted with, exactly how customer service should be. Many companies could well learn a lot from this experience. Thanks guys. Excellent.

I had an issue with a fridge that I had purchased over 2 years ago. I phoned and spoke to a gentleman who diagnosed what he thought the issue was and he sent me a replacement compressor relay to fit myself. It was an easy job to fit the part myself and my fridge is back up and running again and my beers are lovely and cold. Excellent customer service!

I have just purchased a Subcold ECO 75. What really imprressed me was not just the product which came with a 2 year warranty, but the super efficient ordering process and amazingly fast delivery (2 days despite Covid). I was also advised of my one hour time slot the day before and it was spot on. I have purchased goods online for over 30 years and would rate this product and the service I received in the top 5%. I have also been an Amazon Prime customer since 2004 and I feel they could learn something from Subcold Ltd. I am a great believer in recognising good service when I see it.

Ok, nice fridge. BUT all the detail in Subcold blurb is misleading. It clearly says these are fridges - to me that means normal operating temperatures 5c + - a degree. This is also covered in their guidance on fridge temps for various applications. When you read the actual operating instructions that come with the fridge they are described as “Pantry” fridges - ie rated and energy tested at internal temp of 17c. Now to be fair, I want it as a beer fridge & it happily maintains a temp of around 11c set at about 4 3/4 on the dial, which is fine for beer and most soft drinks, even wine if you want it cold. I am monitoring the energy consumption at this setting and suspect it won’t be awful but not as good as is suggested? Also disappointed that LED light is a manual switch inside cabinet - so not a light that operates when you open the door. Did I miss something here? Not been running a full day with monitor yet - probably around 3 hrs shy of a day - and clocked up just under 0.3Kwh - actually - that is pretty good! Old non compressor fridge was using around 2 KWh/ day ... so no complaints there really - not sure how cold it can run yet but around 11c is a nice temp for a mix of soft drinks and beers. Summary - I think it will do what I bought it for and do it well, just felt a bit “cheated” when I read operating instructions that seem to me to be at odds with sales literature. Still miffed light doesn’t operate on door opening! Oh noise - ok it is a compressor fridge so does make a noise when running. Soon get used to the hum, but the clunk on start/stop is a bit annoying! But to be fair it is only 1.5m behind my chair ...

I am very pleased with my purchase. My first purchase developed a fault after 2 months but Subcold were quick to deal with the issue. I strongly recommend buying the 10L as the 6L is very small. The unit is very quiet and holds quite a reasonable amount for its size.

I bought the subcold super65 and I am very pleased. I like my cider ice cold, to the point where with my old beer fridge I used to put them in the freezer an hour before drinking them and drink them whilst resting in a freezer collar. I bought this fridge as it chills to zero, which I didnt believe but hoped would be close. I am pleased to say that it arrived very quickly and I left it for 12 hours as suggested by the supplier. I turned it on at 10pm and by 6am it was 0.1 degrees! This compared to my other fridge which was at its coldest only 7 degrees. It is also very quiet, spacious and good looking. Brilliant!

Delivery was extremely quick, unfortunately one of my fridges arrived with a damaged door however this was down to the courier. Spoke to Gemma at subcold and sent over some photos and the new door was sent out the same day, Gemma was excellent! couldn’t fault the fridges, definitely will recommend!

I've seen some of the bad reviews here and it made me want to write my own... I have had a subcold fridge for some time now, and had never had any problems until recently. I had a small issue, and despite being in the middle of Covid-19 stresses themselves, they went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and I have a fridge in working order. They're great little appliances, really good value for money, and not too noisy at all (which of you keep meds etc in your room that matters!). A mild hum as you would expect. Can't speak more highly of the company or the mini fridges.

Fridge is lightweight and does everything is says on the product page. The lock is a little flimsy, opens a little at the top - lock is at the bottom - so someone could jack it open if they really wanted to (not really relevant for us, as it is not in a public place). One other small thing, the plug and cable were sealed inside the back with a plastic tie and on the other side there were two more plastic ties holding foam in place. I do not know if these need to stay on or also be removed as it did not say anything in the instructions.

Excellent customer service and excellent product We ordered on a sunday and the expected despatch date was the following Thursday, we received an update on monday to advise the order had been processed and would be delivered on Tuesday Received an email on tuesday morning with a one hour delivery slot, product received less than 48 hours after ordering which is impressive given order was placed on a sunday and delivery was free Fridge is of excellent quality, capacity and temperature control. Currently set at setting 3 of 5 and keeping multiple beverages cold and refreshing. A definite upgrade from the husky we had previously especially as the temperature control on this goes down to 0'c
