This argos is quite good chilled and relaxed the management walks around asking if everyone is ok or if anyone needs anything. Nd the extra staff also walk around and do the same thing even if u don’t need support they’ll follow you it’s quite irritating. Other than that it’s quite efficient waiting time is not bad.

I was was treated with kindness and courtesy by Tanya at the purchase/collection point, a very good experience.(It was a long purchase order). An improvement to your service, should you wish to consider, is to place a little bench outside your entrance for those of us who are reliant on mini cabs and might well have to wait as I did for 40 mins. A very good experience, Tanya was a great help.

I went half an hour before closing, and was met with a clean store, stupidly fast service, and all of the staff seemed very happy with excellent customer service. I had my items - on two seperate consecutive orders - with me within 1 to 2 minutes, didn't even have enough time to sit down! It was great! Special thanks to Kim who did an excellent, efficient job.

On Monday 16th December 2019, having visited this branch, the Manager at this store (female white english lady) was extremely helpful, understanding and kind, who dealt with our hoover issue which had developed a fault and was still under it's 1 year warrantee. She sorted the problem out very quickly & professionally. An excellent customer service experience from this particular Manager. 10 out of 10 marks, all-round. An excellent asset to Argos and a very pleasant experience.

Usually very fast service but today there was an issue with an eBay collection which was handled very well. Leanne called eBay customer service twice for me so I could leave with my parcel I was longing for. Very patient and friendly and there is never a queue at Fast-track. Very busy, so the queue outside is quite long. I don't think service was great because it took a while to get served. To be fair pre-orders should be served from a separate line as customer ordering and returning items are always time-consuming.

bought 3 amazon tablets to make it to £100.00 so I can avail of £10 voucher apart from the £10 attached from email receipt if you use fastrack. I explain to manager named "Carl" that is stated in small print on terms and conditions of the website. At first he said no but I said that I thought I had a great deal that is why I bought 3 tablets. He said he will do it for me but the voucher is only until 28/11/2017. I am a satisfied customer. If like me, you always know exactly what gadget you want, hate hanging around in shops and buying stuff on impulse, Argos is the place to go. This shop is clean, with well mannered staff and the service is fast.

I’ve been looking for a Wahl beard trimmer for a very long time now, I’ve been searching across many different Argos stores across London. When I walked into Beckton Argos, everything looked well organised and tidy. I was greeted by a worker called Aminur (looks like a very young lad). Who provided excellent during my time at Argos. He provided all the necessary information regarding which beard trimmer is best. He was the only worker on the shop floor that looked like they were serious about their job. It seemed to me as if the other workers on the shop floor were not bothered and did not even ask me if I needed any help or so. The worker was very polite and made me feel very welcomed to the store. By far the best worker I’ve seen in the past decade. Remember the name of worker, if you are shopping at Beckton Argos- Aminur. He literally adds the ‘A’ to Argos.

Always like to visit this Argos because it has free parking and great staff. They are fast and efficient. I would specially like to mention a girl name Anita who mostly serve on fast track desk. she is pro active and most of time i get served under a minute time. The rest of staff is also very helpful and friendly. But if you have big fast track order you might have to leave them the number and come back after 5pm. I been told this is their store policy which is quiet strange as you don't go their to first drop a list and then to collect it after few hours. it's waste of time. Apart from that , it's always great to visit there.
