The manager personally came to assist me. She knew my cycling journey home would be an hour long and seeing how the paper bags I brought broke, she offered me plastics bags and personally packed it for me to make sure my journey home would be a smooth one. She definitely went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Giving this review after visiting this branch 5 times. Located 5 minutes walkable distance from East Ham underground. This Argos branch is refurbished store and doesn't let the chain down anyway. If you're a new customer or a returning a product, the staffs are very patient and friendly. Good quality and prompt service 8/10 no waiting time, if they run out of stock they order it very quickly to the end customer. About parking facilities, it's quite difficult because it's east ham. Reserve and collect / fast track services are available. Very clean and arranged store.

Kudos to the guy actually successfully maintaining social distancing amongst THE PUBLIC in an challenging area where in most shops the staff have a mask on their chin if wearing at all and it's a free for all. Consistently maintaining "space" is a challenge. Thank and well done chuck.

I reserved my items and although it was very busy, i got served quickly. Great staff and experience. This is my local Argos store and they have never let me down. Even when things are out of stock, they do their best to get them ordered.

This store doesn't let the chain down in any way. Always great customer service wether you're buying or returning. Don't think about parking as it's difficult just like anywhere in the East Ham area. Reserve and collect, fast track etc its a privilege to have that service. Always clean and tidy.

I had a little problem but a certain staff named Hayley really helped me out, couldn't find what I needed for my sons birthday in store however Hayley managed to help me and my wife and we left with what we were looking for without any hassle. You need more staff like her!

Store located on busy high street & good transport link but no parking around so difficult to get shopping to the car. Always busy so queues likely. Customers service is good when buying but for returning or exchange its bit different.

If you want to pick something up quick I recommend you reserve online before hand to get your product asap. Customer Service is a 10/10. Prices are sometimes questionable. Modern/contempary/minimalist is how I would describe the interior.

Bought a few things from Argos, the customer assistants were really helpful and kept me notified on the changes that were happening to my order. There are iPad's inside that you use to navigate around the Argos catalogue to reserve items. Quick, easy and helpful!

Decent albeit slightly depressing store, only come in here to pick up reserved items. Customer service is generally pretty good, friendly staff but really dislike the unnecessary 'queue gadget' you have to hold and all the waiting around.

I am changin my review from 2 to 3 stars. As I have notices slight improvement in the service. But your smasung pads for borwsing items and bokking instore all have developed this weird swelling and most of them dont response properly! Time to repalce those units!
