This Argos is very well managed, even during the COVID period. There is an efficient collection system and there are plenty of tablets in the store to browse and purchase products. There are plenty of staff and there “buy now, collect straight away” is very fast and also free!

My experience with Argos is one of the best it maybe small but it has the best service and the nicest staff. Their products are amazing and they always work you don’t buy something and then when you end up using it, it doesn’t work because they always work and they never lie.

We bought a treadmill from the store about a year ago, which is still working properly. Some of my friends told me that they have had issues with most of the items they've bought from Argos, but that was not my case. I think their prices are reasonable enough and even lower compared to their competitors.

I feel almost bad giving it three stars, my rating is more about Argos in general than this paticular branch -- ok, I've upped it to four! The staff are friendly and helpful. The time from order to getting the goods was swift. It was quite busy when we were in there, but I've rarely been in an Argos that's quiet. What we chose ended up being the wrong item, as in we made the mistake making the order. There was no quibble returning it and getting a full refund.

Wait for your order is too long. Even if you're told a wait time on your receipt take it with a pinch of salt. Definitely need to get more staff working at weekend

Service is pretty good here. Do not go over to Kilburn as much as I used too. Getting a bit run down over there. Park in the car park and easy access to Argos and very convenient to get good in there.
