Critically Understaffed but the staff here are extremely helpful and understanding (in particular the black staff, efficient and very familiar with the system) Should definitely add a few helping hands to shorten the queue and waiting times though 5* staff but Argos should definitely fill their ranks with more efficient staff to improve this overall rating

Very polite and helpful staff. I always get the help I need. In fact I respect the patience of the people working here and often the difficult customers they have to deal with. In times of covid crisis the store did absolutely follow all social distancing rules and I felt very safe visiting this branch. Thumbs up.

At leytonstone argos the worker lervon was so nice she welcomed us nicely and even went break 1 hour 30 minute late so we could get the ps5 she even kept it on reserved for 45 minutes so lervon was a very nice worker

Staff were professional, store was clean and spacious. The "flow" through the shop was quite easy to follow: look at the brochure points, pay, collect, leave etc. The only suggestion would be to be able to pay for the pre-ordered goods at the specific desk and not the mainstream tills. (It is in no way a complaint or moan...)

Good service and very friendly staff. My last purchase was a Sharp microwave. Click and collect in store is great - as soon as we get there the item is ready for collection. No more long queues, etc.

Just want to say from this whole store Monica is amazing shes a lovely lovely indian young girl called Monica. When I see her she makes my day such a sweetheart so friendly and always helps and serves you with a big smile. She is the only one that is very very helpful my mum also adores her as she is so polite and gentle with my mum. She should be credited and rewarded for her hard work and great customer service.

Love having an Argos near home, extremely convenient, great selection and usually well stocked. Staff members are very friendly and amicable but can be extremely inefficient and I usually find myself waiting for an unusually long time while watching idle workers. Can be quite frustrating and seems a lack of good management and efficient systems is the real crux of the issue.

Former Woolworth's store. Helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Click and collect service. Quick service at pay desk or pay with card at machine. Fast delivery of goods to counter. Jewelry department. Many reductions. Stock can be checked online and reserved for one day. Credit and debit cards accepted. Goods can be delivered.

I have to say these guys deserve some credit, the service we've had in the last week whilst trying to sort out a problem with a faulty Drone from DJI is nothing short of perfect. Paula was our initial contact and although it was difficult to sort she was super helpful and patient with us. Lisa, with her beautiful sparkly nails was smiley and talkative whilst we were waiting. Samiul took the time whilst we checked the new box over and he didn't rush us. All in all a stellar service from the team. Thanks guys xx

Incredibly helpful staff. Spacious good size chain Argos shop. Fast service. Great location on High Road Leytonstone, with short walking distance to Leytonstone tube station, just less than 5 minutes walk. Cheap electronics, home stuff, etc. It does not have its own parking but there is Matalans car park nearby.

In my experience of purchasing at this store on occasions, not all staff acknowledge you even when you're waiting to be served; I must say though that that was with the exception of Lisa, who was attentive and tried to solve an issue I had with returning a kindle for a better quality one. (The more expensive kindle had a screen backlight, whereas the one I wanted to return didn't - I don't know how or why people are buying these devices without backlighting). Anyway, what I thought would have been a quick and simple process turned out to be a baffling situation, where I tried to understand why I couldn't make a simple exchange. To cut a long story short, Lisa had taken the time and went to lengths to sort out the issue. She was a honest representative that helped when I needed it most.

Usual Argos value and convenience, but it's Lisa's amazing service which made this place stand-out. I would've offered her a job if I could've! So spectacular, I still remember it, even though it was 6 months ago (March 5th 2016)...

Convenient for reserve online and collect in store. Perhaps needs 10% more staff. But shopfront is clean and open. Some parking available outside and on side roads, free for 20mins.

Conveniently located near town centre. Wide range of item available but not all from the catalogue. Im my findings, other argos stocks more range of items. If not busy most of the times, but sometimes it gets busy and slow.

Friendly and helpful staff. I use this argos a lot for my click and collect. Parking available along Leytonstone high rd ans church lane. There's is a parking lot nearby as well. Leytonstonw underground is 2 min away and loads of buses stop nearby
