Argos used to have their own shop but it's okay plenty of parking and if you have to wait you could always do a bit of shopping in sainsbury's

It's ok. Pretty good service on the whole and the staff are polite enough. It's also a spacious store and there's plenty of parking. One thing they could improve on is packaging. I got a desk in a box and it was extremely heavy. Suggest they design packaging with handles so it would be much easier to carry.

The service at this FINE establishment has been quite momentous! Today I was served by Imogen, Who was patience and helpful while helping me replace my faulty joy-cons. The process was quick and she was very understanding. Would 100% come again, excellent service and helpful staff. Mr.C

Everything you would expect from a typical Argos, good service to purchase the items. The product came down within about 5 mins but considering how busy the store was when I visited I was happy with that. The young lady on the pickup desk was great as she came up after a few minutes to ask which products I had brought and as soon as that product came down she knew it was me she had to call over. Keep up the good work!

Argos Merton in Sainsburys staff are the most helpful, and courteous that I have come across, I always shop click and collect and the staff go beyond the call of duty to sort my problems out. Thank you very much.. Nothing is too much, this is Customer Service, quality.

Excellent product selection and most times cheaper and better quality then amazon. Collected orders at shop. It was not busy on weekday and there were no queues which is good during Covid times.

Definitely agree with not driving here lol, apart from that I would give 3 stars for an ok service. As I didn’t get the waiting time considering the new technology they have in there. But the cashier was nice.

Started good while ago with touch pads and fast service. Unfortunatelly thats past. Now half of touch pads not working and no staff at the tills (as on my photograps), although there is around 20 customers waiting to be served. All staff are young kids withouth propper experience and the onlu matured lady manager has disapeared at the back, in desperate atempt to chase some staff members to come forward. Disaster :)

It's ok as a shop, but overall I do not tend to buy anything. Argos usually is not the best value plus this specific shop not always have all the stock i need.
