Store clean and tidy
I received excellent customer service today, a branch worth visiting again and again
A. M.Went in to do a refund, the store was clean and the staff member who served me was good. Id never done a Paypal refund before and thought there might be a hassle, however the process went sweet. Only downside was if the place was to get robbed or if the till staff had a problem customer, the security guard wouldn't attend as he was on his phone from the second i walked in and seemed more interested in what ever he was doing.

L. L.Good customer service, polite and friendly staff. Clean environment. Can get very busy so often long wait times at collection points. I find mornings is the best and quietest time to shop at Argos.
D. N.After being very annoyed by the lack of clarity from an online service 1st Dec 18. Went in to this store and was promptly & well served by one of the managers. Silly I should have taken her name. Her customer service ethos is excellent & does Argos very proud.
R. A.Argos is very convenient if needing products for the home, service very slow around Christmas time, though staff accommodating and friendly. Why I ask myself does it have such a fowl smell, is there leakage some where, that in itself is a deterrent. I have to think twice before entering, could I buy the product else where or go to another argos?
P. C. T.It's handy and the concept it's wasn't bad... But looks to vintage nowadays to go the store. The quality of the furniture is not as good as IKEA and the price is higher. Ordering online and getting it at home is the way to go nowadays.
B. W.They usually have what you want in stock but I always reserve online beforehand just in case! They are very quick to get your order but customer service skills are lacking. Lots of miserable long faces.
