Super helpful and friendly staff. I went to collect Emma’s diary free packs and they didn’t have it in stock. A sale person Tanya offered to order it for me and they arrived the same day. She didn’t have to order these for me she could simply say that they don’t have it in stock but she went extra mile and provided exceptional customer service and experience. Thank you!

Super fast experience , I ordered a magnetic board, shop opens at 10 am , and at 10.15 when I arrived my order was already prepared to be released. Lija at the till was really kind and extremely efficient at the same time !!

Bought online a product that turned out to be faulty. Was told by customer service to come and exchange it. My fast track service didn’t apply, so was made to join a long and very slow queue. A bit ridiculous if you ask me. Selling a faulty product is def their bad. But agents were not interested in a conversation.

Our experience at Argos Westfield has been and still is exceptional, because of the excellent professional and positive personality of Rachel ( A Lady staff) has made us keep on shopping at that store. We have been shopping at Argos Westfield since the first day it opened around 3 -4 years ago. Rachel is very polite, hard-working, energetic friendly always smiley, goes beyond to help customers (this we have observed whilst we are queuing up). This argos small and busy. There are only 4 till points with no kiosk to pay quickly. Its better to pay online/reserve then pickup or use the better argos store on Stratford broadway. Go here to catch covid for free.
