Fantastic staff, super helpful. I knew what I needed but didn't know the specific details of what was best for my needs. I was made to feel welcome by the gentlemen and was treated with respect and courtesy. You don't get this kind of service online. Perfect.

Loved the service and got better than what I was after. Got talked out of an expensive choice into a better value choice. I raised it with a very geeky friend afterwards who assured me that they had been overly generous with the information and scarified a higher price tag and I had got a bargain. I will be back for great service, great products at great prices. Need to support good independents like this.

I contacted Bartletts all the way from Western Australia looking for some help tracking down a replacement power supply unit for a speaker system. No one in Australia was interested in helping but Simon didn't hesitate to assist and managed to get the part out here even personally dropping it in the post. There are not many shops still around these days who are so friendly and helpful but Bartletts is definitely one of them.

Purchased a new cartridge for my LP12; could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Fitted the cartridge in store on the day and I am delighted with the purchase. Wish I had discovered them years ago but will definitely be back. Went back to purchase PMC 25/26 speakers as Bartlett’s had proved so helpful. Once again, no fuss and relaxed opportunity to listen to speakers. Great outfit and recommend them highly. Pity London Borough of Islington charged over £8 to park on the street for each hour! Not helpful to businesses like this trying to survive in an already expensive environment where business rates are prohibitively expensive.

I booked a demo session and ended up buying a Quad Vena 2 integrated amp and S1 speakers and a sub-woofer plus various cables. The team at Bartletts have done a very good job in selecting good quality products. This takes a lot of the work out of making a choice as the dross has already been eliminated from the range. This applies across the price spectrum so this place is not just for deep pockets but for anyone who cares about the quality of what they listen to. The staff are knowledgeable friendly and patient. This was a good shopping experience and so Bartletts is now my go-to place for all things hi-fi.
