Awesome experience with Funky Junk, particularly Patrice. I was on a tight deadline to purchase a pair of Genelec studio monitors. Unfortunately, having called around to a handful of other retailers, there weren't any in stock to ship in time. Patrice was able to locate the exact set I was looking for and have it shipped and delivered with time to spare! Pricing was very competitive as well. Highly recommend Funky Junk!

The best vintage analouge shop on the planet. I have spent much of my son's inheritance here and Mark and his crew have always delivered and been there post purchase with first class support. They sell brand new and modern equipment too and prices are very good but it's that old fashioned customer service that made me a loyal customer. Good parking onsite, don't tell the wife, unless you are the wife of course .

I experienced incredible customer service from this store while ordering from Germany. There was an issue with a third-party sales platform we initiated the sale with. Funky Junky's rep, Michael, spent a LOT of time trying to sort out the issue, unsuccessfully, but was able to offer an alternative solution and honor the original sale. I highly recommend them.

What a great shop. Reminded me of the stores I used to find on Denmark Street, back in the day! Really good prices on new synths etc. Plus a large selection of pre-owned outboard gear. And a chance to demo gear without a crowd looking in on you. Recommended.

I dealt with Adam at Funky Junk. He was courteous and thoroughly professional throughout, helping me to appraise a pair of monitors at home prior to purchase. Friendly, relaxed, expert advice, lightning-fast despatch (using a “proper” courier) and a superb deal that would have been very hard to beat anywhere else, where the service would almost certainly have been inferior. Good store and knowledgeable staff. However, it is not possible to build long lasting relationship with them. I buy different equipment all the time, so it's convenient for me to work with one company. I bought different mics, soundcard and a synth in the store. Then I wanted to buy something else but it took them a week to respond, so I bought it from another dealer. Recently, I wanted to trade in my gear and pay extra for a mic and a synth but they did not respond. I sent another email with no luck. Then, I called 2 times and talked about everything over the phone. I expected a call back (2 times) but that never happened. Probably they just do not care.
