C. A.Most fantastic store for gifts and kids shoes, with proper advice and fitting support. The continuous support with home deliveries/click&collect through the pandemic has been nothing but amazing.
H. M.Such a lovely shop - we've been buying children's shoes here for 10 years and the range and it has just got better and better. Shoes are always fitted to give room for growth and you never feel rushed. The quality of everything they sell is great and staff are helpful and friendly. My children love coming here to spend any birthday money.

T. B.We have been going to get our daughters shoes from here for 5 years and have generally been happy with the quality of the shoes. However, the last few times we've been it's been a very frustrating experience. The shop is often very busy but there is no queue system to get feet measured and shoes tried on. I feel that if you are not a naturally pushy person, you get ignored and the louder people get served first. Today we just gave up and we will probably now buy our shoes on the internet. Sad times as this is indeed a lovely shop but suffers from its own success. Perhaps you could introduce a ticket system like they have at Biff Kids in Dulwich?
