Reviews of Harrods
R. M.
Awesome experience. The boutiques within are obviously high-end designer items, but the overall experience is lovely. Everyone is really nice and the food hall is SO COOL. Definitely hop in for a snack or a drink at the very least.
H. H.
Very expensive (£62 + tip) for afternoon tea each. But everything was exquisite, the live piano music created a great ambiance, and I got to try some interesting teas too. Definitely for a special occasion or expensive tastes but worth a try. I will also note that I didn’t have anything else to eat that day and wasn’t hungry by bed.
K. C.
Lovely things to look at, bought a lovely little gift for my unborn grandson. Ate some beautiful fudge.
Was disappointed in my cake, a little dry. Also annoyed that we couldn't pay for cakes with the other goods and had to go back to the food hall.
S. B.
Well laid out shop. Lots of places to stop and check the map of the whole shop to see where you want to be and which level.
Staff are all very friendly, smiley and happy to help with any queries.
Definitely recommend to anyone visiting London. It’s a place not to miss.
m. t.
Loved my first visit to Harrods. It’s luxurious, beautiful and a pleasant shopping experience. The staff there are so lovely and welcoming. I bought my second luxury perfume. I enjoyed speaking to the staff about perfumes. I got a few samples too. Can’t wait to go back and explore the food at Harrods.

The 5 stars is for Harrods afternoon tea. This was excellent. Food was superb. Left totally stuffed. Staff v helpful & friendly.
Harrods as a shop is its own enigma. It's enormous & just feels like loads of random shops shoved together. Looks impressive at night with the lights on.
O. M.
My absolute favourite department store. Was spoilt with lots of luxury gifts from Harrods. Magnificent interior and all the top designer brands are sold here. Baby changing facilities and washrooms and their own car park. Excellent cafés and restaurants. Staff were absolutely lovely, so kind, polite and helpful.
P. P.
Shopaholics dream! The best department store. Everything under one roof. Highly recommend if you like things that are not available on the High Street.
Z. T.
Big. Beautiful. Expensive. What more could I say? Being a foodie, my favourite section was the food hall. My eyes grew bigger and bigger with each step I took. The food, all of it, looks fresh and delicious. Sushi, pasta, pies, eats and treats. Everything you could think of. The areas were pristine and clean and the bathrooms were glamorous. You could get lost in the maze of Harrods.
E.
Nice change of layouts compared to last time my visit.
Staffs are well-trained in general and very friendly, especially at clé de peau, although I missed the piece wanted from the collection, Nicole was my favourite lady, her attentive service was very thoughtful and accommodating in details of personalized needs, knowledgeable on products for best suited recommendations.
If you have time, walking along while shopping with your loved ones, you could visit the Halcyon Gallery to chat with the lovely gallery manager and give you some directions of arts. I love the Home and furniture session.
An adorable collection of kids essentials to designers would definitely warm your heart to be a proud parent.
In women section was a slightly under presentation due to Boxing Day rush, apart from Designer brands are very catchy and an enjoyable purchase, few clothes/jeans picked with Paige and Theory can’t be missed.
Gathering your friends to enjoy a cup of tea would be ideal for the end note of either a relaxing or a busy shopping trip.
h.
Before Xmas 2021. Lots of people despite covid awareness. Not many wear masks. Have to queue for everything. Exhorbitant food price.
M. W.
What a big shipping centre , it s most beautiful shopping centre in the world , you can find everything that any human needs here .
G. B.
Amazing, London's best department store. The staff are all so friendly but don't jump on you. Magical at Christmas and loved learning about the history of the store. The window displays were so imaginative with the qr codes to bring them to life. A wonderful range of products. Gifts and food are affordable. Makes a great day trip.
A. H.
It is big and decorted mall with all luxury brands.quite clean and public restrooms at every floor. If you have heavy wallet and love for luxury brand this place is all yours
D. B. W.
Harrods is a place everyone should visit.
We had a lovely experience there, the staff in Chopard were exceptional and were so nice to my son who was interested in the watches.
They gave him books on watches and an eyeglass, they also gave him good advice on a career in watchmaking.
We went on to have some lovely food from the food hall, sweet chilli chicken and egg fried rice, 5* food, delicious.
Well done all who work there from the house keeping to the sales staff make it a fab experience.
One thing I didn't like was the 2 security men at top of the escalators filming you on their mobile phone, that was not nice.
S. H.
Great for a wander round to see how the other half live! Then go buy a bauble in the basement! And something from the amazing (but busy) food hall! Make sure you use the toilets, and try not to get lost! It’s an iconic shop, go visit and spend what you can afford! My family enjoyed the technology department… played on everything and spent nothing.
j. w.
Massive shop, well laid out.
Security at all exits..
Toilets available..
Cafe
Plenty to choose from.
Do check the price label before going to the tills though !!
L. R.
Very opulent inside and out. Obviously a lot of the items for sale are out of most people's price range, however it doesn't stop you having a mooch! You can always find something in the gift shop though. Their Christmas section was small this year and I think it is a shame they removed the statue from the bottom of the main stairway. But still a lovely place to visit during a trip to London.
H. Y. W.
What an amazingly brilliant, classy and authentic shopping spot Harrods is. People like to compare Harrods with Macy’s in New York since they are both signature department stores standing for their countries.
However, the decor or stores & product lineup of Harrods is much better currently in our opinions. We love their souvenir store so much, there is a great variety of options and we purchased 2 Harrods bears.
L. B.
Afternoon tea at Harrods, well, what can one say.....
I was treated to this experience by my sons and it was wonderful.
The attention to detail was lovely along with the beautiful surroundings.
The staff were amazing and the man who served our table was so knowledgeable.
Not being an adventurous tea drinker I told him what I liked and he chose for me, what a great choice it was.
The sandwiches and cakes were amazing.
My son is Coeliac so had the gluten free choice. This looked, and he said tasted, as good as the regular choice.
Definitely worth doing as everyone should have a treat in their lives.
F. P.
Lovely place to visit, but in recent years layouts in departments changed to become a bit too "cold" for me and with small spaces that easily become too crowded. Also wish there was better signage inside as it's easy to lose one's way at times.
M. S.
Very nice , loads of nice things to buy and see. Food gorgeous. All staff fantastic. Thankyou .
H. R.
Mecca of high end shopping, not to visit the cafe and chocolate section must be made a crime. Amazing selection of confectionery.
Watches, mens wear, sports apparel, etc etc all worth a visit.
D. S.
Stunning displays, luxurious store, definitely shoping with phenomenal service and outstanding products
Beautiful, stunning and very much magical experience .
Wanted to mention Oksana in The White Company, great knowledge, passionate and professional lady with outstanding customer service.,many thanks
D. A.
Great place to explore and an awesome range of things to see and buy. The gift shop is in the basement. Or the “lower ground floor”.
V. *.
Great store, lots of expensive designer lines, bit of a maze but a place you must visit... Will pop to the champagne bar next time. Beautiful from the outside
S. F.
A visit to THE iconic Harrods is a must if you're in London 🤩 the vibes is truly bougie and there's so much stuff to see and browse. The Food Hall is pretty amazing too with lots of fresh produce and Delicatessen to try and if you fancy, buy 😉
R.
So many styles and designers to chose from. Would definitely recommend shopping here. They pretty much have every and anything that you could be looking for. Also many things you don't need but want anyway. The staff/colleagues in here are so polite and friendly.
M. H.
We have been here so many times
It amazes me what we can get if we had the money.
Well.we can dream cant we and seeing this place just makes your imagination run wild
Everything you can possibly dream of they do.
From how the staff meet you to the way they are dressed is outstanding.
The perfume section is my favourite place along with the watches.
Its an institution and a must try if you are visiting London
G. K.
First time in there , loved the food hall. Did find the staff on the whole to be really distracted but not with customers. Loved the Art and some of the displays .
J. F.
Visited Harrods twice. Definitely skip going on a weekend if possible. The food department is amazing and the inventory is very up to date plus the luxury shopping is never ending.
J. B.
We went for afternoon tea. It was wonderful. Probably one of the nicest I have experienced. I'm always a bit uncomfortable stepping into these incredibly expensive places, knowing I'm completely out of place and the people who work there probably know it. However, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and welcoming. The service was warm and friendly, they were on hand to ask questions, check allergies, top up your dwindling cup of tea etc.
The selection of sandwiches were lovely and we were offered more (which we found out we weren't additionally charged for) and they catered to our non meat eating needs. The cakes were delicious and the warm scones topped it off excellently. Also, I can highly recommend the prosecco cocktails. Afternoon tea was topped off by a stroll around the shop, and after getting lost, found our way to the food hall and Christmas world. A lovely day in all.
T. T.
Beautiful Palace of shopping in London. I love their Cafe and dining area on the ground floor, the number of designers and companies on display, and it's a must visit for any and all.
R. P.
Interesting to visit. More tourists than shoppers in my opinion. The ground floor is set with brand studios like Gucci, Boodles, Givenchy etc. Be prepared to queue for Hermes! The food halls are delightful not just for the food, if you look up the tiling, coving and ceilings are beautiful. Lots to see and you don't have to spend money if you don't want to!
A. C.
The most luxurious mall in the world with all top brands and great collections its worth a visit also dont forget to check out their food court the layout is huge and extravagant.
S.
One review isn't enough for this place so I'm keeping this short and sweet. Fragrance heaven. If you haven't discovered Byredo then certainly delve into their offerings. Utter luxury. Ormonde Jayne and Maison Francis Kurkdjian are other houses that I'm particularly fond of.
The walk from Oxford Street to Knightsbridge is a scenic one. Highly recommended for a laissez-faire afternoon.
B. R.
You need to visit here while in London. While everything in this store is exceptionally expensive, the building is the most outstanding part of the visit. Everything is well-kept and must be given so much love and care! From the products that glimmer as you walk around the departments, to the poshest hand sanitiser and smoothest lifts (that you couldn’t tell were moving!) this store must be among the most top-notch in the world.
M. S.
If you haven’t been here and you’re passing through London it’s definitely worth a visit even if you don’t buy anything. The prices are incredibly high to say the least but it’s a nice experience just to walk around and explore the various parts of the shop.
The food hall is definitely the best part for me, delicious food!
W. T.
Class departmental store with very helpful staff. Great places to eat and drink too
J. M.
Afternoon tea was absolutely wonderful. So tasty, so well prepared one of best I have ever tasted. We sat for ages drinking the gorgeous teas and enjoying the ambiance. Will return
F. G.
The ultimate luxury department store in London. Coming here is an adventure. Definitely worth the visit
A. W.
Fantastic store, beautiful building, some amazing things to be found here (if you have the money) but also caters for those of us who can only dream, had lovely coffee and cake in coffee shop, staff were lovely, polite and helpful, definitely worth a visit regardless of your income bracket even just to the pastry and chocolate sections if nothing else, spent 2 hours wandering, could have stayed longer.
J. s.
First impression of this store was very swanky , escalator very nice . Everything seemed perfect apart from the numbers on the tills on the Christmas floor all facing in different directions .yes I'm very o.c.d an thought this store would be up to scratch but obviously this slipped though the net
Apart from that I do love this famous store , all staff seem very friendly .will definitely revisit when next in london
O. t. w. R.
This store is the Ultimate experience for shoppers. Everything is just over the top, not in a bad, it adds to experience. The food hall was amazing.
L. B.
Goes without saying, this must be one of the most unique stores in the world. If you are visiting London you should allocate a couple of hours at least to walk around this store. Of course prices are extremely expensive but then again only top makes and brands on the shelves. Highly recommended and also in a beautiful area of London. A stone throw away from the major museums.
P. G.
Chocolate hall is amazing, loved Phil Khoury’s new vegan dessert launch!! Amazing ❤️
S. K.
Thought I'd pop in to Harrods to what I could buy the wife for her Birthday . I couldn't make my mind up , I could see any price's unless its food items , so I decided to leave it
N. F.
I really enjoyed my visit to Harrods. The different departments had a beautiful selection of products. The food halls, perfume and makeup departments were among my favourites. All members of staff were super helpful and professional. Some customers were quite stressed with their Xmas shopping and getting quite snappy with members of staff in the gift shop; the members of staff pulled together and dealt with it professionally. I'd definitely recommend a visit. I'd like to see the bookshop the next time that I'm in.
H. L.
I have not been for a few years but I felt that many things have been diluted. Food hall & the excellent variety of food choices. Still amazing though. Gifts, some of the exclusive musical teddies no longer sold. I’ve noticed a few subtle changes in many departments but it’s still worth shopping or just viewing.
L. R.
Excellent shop, has everything you need and lovely food hall with reasonably priced foods. Had a lovely meal there too.
M. A. R.
Its a five star customer service in the heart of London. Luxurious and elegant place. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
Best experience I have ever had.
A. A.
The place is as charming as it has always been. New franchises opened and others disappeared but it is still the same experience/positivity you get when you walk around each floor.
m. s.
I love this place! They have such a great food market and shopping all in one huge building!
I. K.
Didn't expect it but this is a fantastic location. Right downtown, on a pedestrian street, that's full of interesting cafes and shops. Suites are nicely appointed, and kept up with care. One thing, takes ages for the hot water to reach the top floor, and I hate wasting water, but it rained half the time we were here, so I guess we're even! Would stay here again
S. F.
Just wow, first ever visit, staff were so friendly in the harrods cafe and so accommodating as we had someone in a wheelchair with us, and the food hall, no words to describe. Just all of it was an experience and I wish I could have stayed all day
B. P.
Maybe because I’m not extremely rich, but it’s not my favorite waste of time. It’s big, there is too much to buy and too much people not buying anything because things are so much more expensive than anywhere else.
It feels more like the Dutch V&D (bankrupt) than the Dutch Bijenkorf.
You can miss this.
Give me Oxford street.
T. T.
A large department store spanning several floor specialising in luxury products and fine foods. It's always an fascinating experience getting lost in the myriad of products and produce.
m.
Wow the building is amazing and I could have spent an entire day in here. My only disappointment is that I never made a second visit before returning home. Some very reasonably priced goods and even got a few gifts on sale. Then there's a sneaky peak into how the other half live :-) Fantastic!
J. W.
Harrods is worth its own trip to London. A beautifully designed and decorated luxury mall right at the border of Hyde park. All brands you could possibly think of are represented here. Harrods also hosts a wide range of culinary delicacies. Visit Harrods around Christmas time, as the building is decorated beautifully
C. H.
Great place for Christmas gifts. Unlike everyone thinks, you can actually find affordable gifts. Upper floors might be very expensive but the Christmas gift floor, which is open seasonally, is affordable.
The staff is very helpful and kind.
However, in popular times, it gets too crowded.
K. G.
Anyone visiting London must visit Harrods. I visited a few years ago and they are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They have a wonderful selection of fresh fish and food, along with their designer clothing.
R. N.
Elegant design for clothes , bags and shoes. Perfume, different types of chocolate . They have food market place .
A.
Harrods was great, the staircases and very grand and beautiful. We had lunch in the dining hall and browsed and shopped the toys and gifts sections. The toilets on level 4 were clean and impressive although we did struggle to find them . The toilets on level 1 near the dining hall were very busy, I recommend going to another floor.
A. S.
Iconic luxury depatment store. There is a lot to choose from and the food in the food hall is good quality. Not badly priced considering the quality. Some of the brands departments are a bit small so there is not always a lot of choice if you are after a certain brand. Staff have always been friendly, helpful and not intimidating.
J. C.
Great department store where you can buy just about anything you need. The store has been refurbished since lockdown, and so not all the concessions are in the same place, which is a positive for shoppers but a negative for those that want to be in and out quickly. Overall, it's a great shopping experience.
B. W.
Fabulous shopping mall. Fabulous food hall. Don’t miss it if you go to London.
S. B.
Lights were pretty on the outside, Perfume department smelt insane but the rest not quite what i thought it would be but then im not stupidly rich like some of the people I encountered.
S. K.
Harrods is lovely to visit but it's very big and do easy to get lost in. And everything is do expensive, nice to take photos in because it's iconic.
M. B.
It's Harrods, in London, so it's a place that you need to visit if you're in the area. The food hall was great. The options are endless throughout the store. Unfortunately, it was way overcrowded, couldn't move in some parts, but it was the middle of a Saturday afternoon. If you enjoy all the designer things and have endless amounts of money it's definitely the place to go.
v.
Iconic department store. I like it. Experience however.
G. R.
It's was amazing, never been there, I thought it will be very expensive, and nothing will fall in my budget...... but prices was affordable...love the chocolate and food section. Its an experience.
J. b.
Loved shopping here, we will be back for sure
G. S.
Interesting mall, with the Egyptian floor being unique. Quite helpful cashier. However, it's very expensive and maybe a tourist trap.
D. W.
Great place for people who have more money than sense
B. P.
A beautiful place, maybe a must seen, but definitely one of the most stunning heartbreaks I've ever had.
K. d. B. (. R. F.
One of a kind place and a must to visit if you are in London
It is absolutely a feast for the eyes of everyone
Every areas and every section leaves you with disbelieve of the outstanding perfection
It need days to be able to discover this amazing monument of shopping place in London City
m. m.
Very nice indeed. What a place can easily get lost here. Staff were amazing and afternoon tea was great. Never been so fill after lunch so thank you
J. E.
Best afternoon tea I have ever had and will definitely be going back ASAP. Highly recommend for a birthday, girls lunch or if your passing by.
a. y.
Interested in Harrods Italian food store and chocolate store. Taste good and many choices :)
A. C.
Thank you ❤ for make my Birthday so special. I felt wonderful and spoiled 😌 in a very important day in my life. I felt like VIP, and that is matter!!! I work very hard and and generous and celebrated my Birthday at Harrods was my present 🎁 , one of the best this year.
All personnel made me feel special!!! A big thank you fir the best quality of services 👌
B.
Very busy, last minute Christmas shopping. Need your face mask etc
S. Q.
Fabulous store, everything under one roof.
M. P.
Beautiful place to stay and buy beautiful things 👗💎👖🥰
B. B.
As always this place never disappoints.
Just not enough time in the day to do it all .
We went to their cafe. There was a little wait. Staff are efficient. Food was lovely
M. M.
Had a great time, an afternoon tea with friends. We.had seconds on sandwiches and they packed the deserts as it was closing! Definitely a.nice treat for any special occasion.
C. C.
We had a wonderful time, Adam at Dior was a delight and helped us find the perfect ring for my daughter's 21st Birthday gift. Afternoon tea at the Tiffany Blue Box cafe was beautiful and we can't wait to go back for breakfast. The Baccarat Cocktail bar was absolutely stunning and an amazing experience of unique and heavenly mixology. However, the Perrier-Jouet Champagne Terrace was a disappointment and do not recommend it, absolutely nothing special about it at all.
J. P.
Good for shopping. Spoilt for choices. Top designer brands. Beautiful indoors. Safety protocols followed. A must visit while in London.
G.
Enormous department store with designer bags, perfumes furniture, clothes and a food court too. Coffee shops were full and queues were too long to stop for coffee. Everything here is expensive so come with plenty £€$!
K. W.
Good to have a look, could do with a few thousand to spend. Feels quite crammed and bit like a maze. Foodhall is pretty awesome & surprisingly some of it is affordable for the less wealthy 🙂 One to tick off the list.
D. G.
Great as usual, only this time, with Christmas around the corner it made our shopping experience more magical! Lovely and polite staff too
M. F.
I love that the original brass Otis elevators are an well maintained and polished but if industrial art. Oh, and they sell stuff
O. J.
Haven’t been inside yet but I will and probably I’ve an updated review but I hear it’s a luxury place to shop luxury brands anyways here are some beautiful photos captured just outside Harrods in the evening unfiltered! It’s a beauty to behold!
R. K.
A visit to Harrods is obviously a must have if you are in or near London. Harrods is a beautiful building and architecture by itself but it's so much more. It's beautifully decorated shop Windows with amazing displays of art and ingenuity is something worth to see every Christmas & new year time. Then of course it's a shopping centre like no other. Full of luxury and wealth. Parking of course is a nightmare as usual in London but apart from that it's highly recommended.
M.
Lovely staff nice brecfast, toilet is outsite and not very nice what making the experience less luxury. They take care of all your alergy requirements and look after you well .
A. W.
There was very busy shopping with too many people walking about very hard to find something you wanted.
L. S.
Honestly a dream store! It’s so unique and over the top. It’s such a tourist attraction yet doesn’t feel like it when you’re inside. I wish I could live in their displays - they’re so cool (lol)
K. C.
As we all know Harrods is THE best place to shop. All brands and merchandise are extraordinary. However I planned to have lunch at Harrods Cafe and had to wait in a queue to get a table. Once seated waited for 7 minutes to get a menu which was not a good start!! Then waited over half an hour for food which I did not eat I had walked out!! I thought for Harrods this was poor service. So only if you have time you can rest your shopping legs and eat!!!
D. E.
Lovely shop but very busy and not everyone wearing a mask. The entrance we went in, the doorman not very friendly at all. Had a drink while we were there and can't believe it was nearly £5 for a bottle of water!
H. J.
We thought during our visit this time that we would experience the afternoon tea at Harrods. We gauged it against previous afternoon tea s at Fortnum and Mason s and the ritz. Staff were attentive and professional in appearance although we did arrive 15mins early and were asked to come back for our allocated time. The restaurant was relatively quiet for the time of day (3.15pm) and had plenty of spare tables. We ended up mooching around the children's clothing department as that was the closest to the tea room!
The afternoon itself was lovely, tea replenished and we were asked if we would like another sandwich. Beautiful presentation of food, especially the salmon sandwich which was decorated with caviar and gold leaf. They asked if we were celebrating an occasion, yes as it was my birthday and they brought two additional cakes with a birthday message written on the plate, lovely touch and appreciated. We would rate Harrods second afternoon tea after the Ritz (faultless from start to finish!) An enjoyable experience.
C. R.
Place is massive, i can't afford the stuff that's in there, but everyone enjoys a good look about, everywhere you walk in there smells amazing, strange statement i know, but its true.
J. B.
This is my favourite shop when I come to London it has changed a lot since I have been I love going in the food hall to see what they have nice to buy the food is so amazing and looks delicious also I love the gift shop that amazing as well I like to buy there fudge - biscuits - tea and a handbag and purse staff are so welcoming and so polite and happy to help you and go out there way
M. M.
My favourite department store. Magnificent interior and all the top designer brands are sold here. . Excellent cafés and restaurants. Staff were absolutely lovely, so kind, polite and helpful.
T. P.
Just popped in to do a bit of window shopping Beautiful. Very Expensive food hall is amazing
S. R.
Nice cafe, nice tea, nice cake exceptional ceasers salad
S. S.
Perfect place for wonderful shopping. Its really a mesmerising experience whenever I visit there. Make sure you get their rewards card and record all of your visits. I love the Harrods sale in January and July. Best sale ever.
D. S.
Love harrods. And love the take away food now! Yum!
Cheese counter is incredible!
L. M.
We went there for a delicious afternoon tea. And it really was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. However, walking around, I find the store to be very study as no air or Windows
7.
Came to enjoy the Xmas shopping experience. Chaotic In store (which is expected during Xmas) too many people no social distancing, no face masks from many people who seemed to be on day out from Liverpool and must all be exempt , displays not priced wrong products on shelfs, not what I expected from the flag ship of retail shopping. Lots to improve on. No masks no entry putting profits before safety, overall a disappointing experience would of spent more money if the basics were in place
S. W.
I love Harrods. People think you have to be rich to shop there but it has something for most peoples pockets. The Christmas crowd was out in full force. They have 10% weekends several times in a year. Most goods are 10% off and during the sales you get the additional 10% off too. Great level of service. The staff are never rude they are very helpful. Yes it's expensive but it offers so much more. It has character. They do lots of great things for Christmas. So go along and take a look. Especially the Christmas Halls, the food halls and the beauty halls. I hope you'll love it as much as I do.
D. W.
Beautiful location. Ridiculously overwhelming shopping experience containing floor after floor of top name brand items from around the globe.
L. C.
Wonderful experience. Delightful food court with a large array of foods to satisfy nearly everyone's pallette.
Clothing that was crazy and off the wall is not my thing but having been in the fashion industry, I seriously appreciate the craftsmanship and unusual unique styles on display.
Gordon Ramsay Burger kitchen was delicious and if so inclined, try the banana milkshake which was fabulous.
Sights, sounds and tastes all satisfied on a wonderful day out.
J. P. (.
It seems to have lost its charm
Lots of staff looking busy but no one looking to help apart from one chap who walked us to the bar - amazing
Has it had its day ??
M. J.
Very nice place you need to go if your in town prices are crazy but it's London what do you expect. The main reason I dislike it is due to them changing everything around and becoming more greedy not the old harrods I remember a few years ago. It is still one of my most favorite stores staff are very nice!
K. N.
I could have sworn that the food section was much grander and more fascinating, with a variety of different options in the past. I understand that they may have downsized in the aftermath of the lockdowns; however, this section was what had always lured me to Harrods, which is no longer the case.
S. A.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in Central London. I especially love the harrods gift department and Food Hall.
R. D.
First time visit in 35 years and spent a few hours browsing. The staff in the fine jewelry department were lovely and friendly, actually most of the staff were lovely, just one lady in Harrods Cafe that was possibly having a bad day!
Not given 5 stars for to the sinks in the 4th bathrooms taking apart, the handles literally!!
C. M.
Beautiful place to shop. Great quality. Afternoon tea was exceptional
C. H.
A fine selection of reasonably priced items, perfect for the odd stocking filler at Christmas or gifts anytime of year! Only joking. The stuff in here is far from reasonably priced! Opulence at its finest. If you're minted, then you'll love it. If, like me, you're not, you'll still probably enjoy the fantastic displays of splendour.

Not a clearly laid out design, not easy to navigate, difficult to find the toilets on any floor. It's all over priced, fine to look around. The Xmas department is pretty underwhelming, maybe it will expand over the next few weeks. The three stretch penny machines are in the gift shop lower ground.
L. K.
Unbelievable store. The staff go out of their way to help you. Unique items.Fantastic food court. When visiting London a must see.
G. R.
What an amazing experience. The store is just magnificent 👌😍 and the quality of everything in there is just unbelievable. Will be going again, definitely
G. K.
Opulence everywhere..great experience and the food hall is bonkers
P. J.
A visit to Harrods for weekly groceries at the Food Hall was a pleasant experience with much interaction with staff at the various counters. Prompt and attentive service led to a swift visit which achieved the desire of purchasing everything we required. As with everything in Harrods, the experience was pleasing.
T. B.
Excellent for some afternoon tea...well worth the price and the visit
S. K.
The best shopping place in London.
This is like a city you can almost have and find everything you want in this beautiful place.
Very expensive place to shop but all there things are best quality and all famous brands.
R. G.
A London classic. What else? 💁♂️
If you love fashion, tech, design, etc. give it a chance, it won’t disappoint you! I promise 😉
T.
What an absolute staple of our great capital! The famed Harrods. Famous for servicing our Royal family and HRH Queen Victoria II! Housing some of the worlds rarest and bespoke items, Harrods offers a plethora of differing items that service all areas of your life. The store has numerous floors with a whole host of team members to greet you and help you find what you’re looking for. Harrods also offer a traditional English Cream Tea, if you’re visiting and looking for something truly British.. Look no further!
J. W.
Harrods is amazing . It's a whole mall in a shop and meets expectations. You will spend double what you expect regardless 😂 food hall and Christmas shops brilliant
C. H.
The Christmas shop is open (on the lower ground floor). Anyone who visits London should make a visit to Harrods and see the beauty.
R. B.
First visit to harrods today, what an amazing store, all 6 floors were fabulous, and there was something for everyone.
م. ا. ع.
Very busy, but extremely amazing with all of the cheap, and expensive little show shops to show a lot of people at the glorious, and grand Harrods! When you go to Central London and gaze at all of the Christmas lights, I’m sure Harrods Christmas lights will adore you because it looks so creative and magical! Like a new world of shopping in Central London. Very modern and cool. I would definitely love to shop here in London, because it has the best of show shops around the whole huge and complex building.
D.
The fanciest shop you'll go in. If you're a visitor to London, go in and get a glimpse of all the unnecessary things people like to buy to show their status 🤣
On a serious note, friendly staff, London pricing (as per usual), but hard to find your way around. I'd say study the map first as you walk in, as we were going round in circles trying to find toilets. Not the time to be lost haha
M. C.
We love visiting Harrods however I feel the standard of customer service in the food halls have been lowered recently to the point I actually walked out today without purchasing what I went there for, but I must say we ate in gordon ramsay's burger restaurant and its very nice I'd highly recommend to others and service was fantastic.
J. O.
Very friendly staff. The store is enormous and you can easily lose your way
M. J. B.
Not bad for the place to go if you want to mingle with the stuck up and obnoxious people that frequent it. For choice, there's no better place to go, but if you want true quality head down to Fortnum and Mason. It's less crowded, better quality and friendlier staff.
M. S.
We had Breakfast at Tiffanys- such a treat. The service was first rate and it was such a relaxing atmosphere and great experience.
Harrods was spectacular! Impressive exterior and on the inside it just keeps on giving! The Food Hall is a joy!
D. B.
Stunning at Christmas! Busy in the clothes, accessories and jewellery departments but less crowded everywhere else. Nice to have a stroll and just window shop and if you do plan on buying anything the staff are very friendly and helpful!
S. K.
Fabulous place to shop and eat. There are countless options to choose from. The outside is just as interesting as the inside. The bathrooms are awesome. It’s a great place to spend the day. It’s a must if you are visiting London.
S. G.
Absolutely love, love this store. Spoke to some wonderful staff. Two staff in Roja Parfum were so warm and helpful. Purchased a lovely new handbag. Had a delicious creme brulee and coffee before continuing our shopping experience. What you get with Harrods is quality service and quality products.
B. J.
Huge shop. Was so supprised. First time going in all the years I’ve been going to london. So many shops but sooo expensive. Make sure you win the lottery before going. 😁 loved all the service from the door men and women to the people helping try stuff on.
E. b.
I haven't been to Harrods in a while and I was impressed by the new site construction. They have a beautiful stair Hall and a nice restaurant downstairs. Will definitely be back!
G. S.
Legendary shopping fortress in the midst of London. Maybe too excessive and big for me, but certainly a diamond for the addicts. Building is astonishing.
T. C.
Always interesting to look around and the food in the deli areas always looks and smells amazing.
I. K.
Well worth the visit. This is the World's finest store which dictates style across the globe. In every department the attention to detail is at the highest level. In other words, this is the mother of all stores.
S. S.
An excellent store. One of the best menswear floors in the UK. Well laid out, feels modern and premium and staff are very good. Not just a tourist destination but a definite alternative to the likes of Selfridges and Harvey Nics.
D. F.
Worth going for the Harrods experience but almost everything is way too bling for my taste! However, worth visiting for the staff who are always lovely, knowledgable and super helpful. Go for the sheer grandeur and over-the-top products, and don't miss the Egyptian escalator either.
V. H.
One of my favourite stores...its exciting , colourful & a complete shopping experience. You could spend all day here as there is something for everyone. The food hall is fantastic & I adore browsing in the gift shop.
B. M.
What’s not to love about this place! Absolutely gorgeous building full of everything from a food hall, to high class designer brands, to a huge gift shop. Will take you hours to have a look around at everything but so worth it, although you definitely need to have the £££££ to shop here to say the least😂💸. I’ve got to say though the sausage rolls from the food hall is 100% the best I’ve ever had!🤤. Definitely somewhere you need to visit if you’re ever in London🛍.
p. h.
Food court is our favourite spot. Champagne n oysters bar used to be the stop we must made, but not anymore because of the plastic panels installed after COVID.
s. f.
Grossly expensive and felt really sorry for the staff as most just standing around all day waiting for that one sale.. is a must tho if you've never been like my daughter who loved it.
J. C.
What ever you have heard,it's true, service OMG ! standards to match, prices too lol, but what an experience.
C. B.
OMG You could spend £1000's in here.
£5,000.00 for a signed Ferrari book. £11,500.00 for a virtual pin ball machine.
£260 on lunch!
R. S.
I'm sure it's lovely normally, but it was absolutely packed on Sunday, with lots of people either not wearing masks or wearing them on their chin. I know this isn't Harrod's fault, but it just wasn't comfortable in there.
F. E.
Had afternoon tea in The Harrods Tea Room and great food, service and ambience, really recommend it
M. K.
Prepare for a long day! This shop is so big that you need more than a day to see everything. You also need a fat wallet! Not very busy these days due to Covid restrictions, but still a nice crowd. Friendly people.
If you believe this review has been helpful, please don’t forget to press the 👍 button. Thank you
Y. M.
Stunning shopping mall (which it is technically) but be prepared to cough up a lot of cash. Really well managed and service from the doormen to security and also the staff was excellent.
J. W.
... a sheer joy to shop here; even for those not keen on shopping. Pleasant, personable service by all staff contact offering a memorable retail experience. Highly recommended, thank you and pleased to share 😊 ☑️ Best, John Williams @JWfit 🇬🇧
S. M.
Great store . Nicely laid out … lots of options. Great Gucci and Canada goose department . Designer rooms were really nice . The lift is amazing too lol .
C. M.
Ooh ooh ooh. No dress code just be smart and look like you have lots of money😄 and Bob's your uncle big departmental shop with luxury high-end brands. Restaurants and doormen. Nice to visit and see the real brands, not the fake ones. Breakfast at Tiffanys😉. Rather busy on weekends. Get off Knightbridge underground by bus or train and walk over about 2 minutes.
F. S.
I loved to see the architecture that still perfect over the years and the coffee was delicious!!!
S. A.
Went to visit Santa's Grotto and without a doubt it was the best possible experience. My son absolutely loved it. Santa was attentive, read and remembered my son's name and interests. Expensive but absolutely worth every penny
V. M.
Best cakes ever here! And some novel fashion like moon boots! Should visit more often!
S.
If you have the money you can get everything you would ever want in one place. You could walk around for hours just browsing. A lot of the staff in the different departments acted very snobby. Would not even look at us. One in the technology section even ignored me when I said hello. Small cross-eyed fella with glasses, not sure what his problem was, but I'm not gonna lose and sleep over it. But on the other hand some different staff were very friendly and chatty. It's Definatly worth a visit if you have never been.
C. R.
The most fabulous department store ever in my memory!
n. r.
Must visit when you are in London… famous shopping centre in London
C. “. S.
Lovely Place to shop for quality and to walk around !
J. A.
Vast range of products. Well presented. Staff on entrances and exits were very polite and welcoming. Not overcrowded and a pleasant shopping experience. Not all products seemed good value for money but the Bentley brigade will not notice.
E. C.
Quite difficult to find the way inside, it's kinda like a maze. Too many people but no self service cashier, so the queue was quite long. The stuff inside is pretty cool tho, have nice decoration and unique goods.
J. M.
Oh I say! Fabulous fun! Really enjoyed mooching through the food Hall. Everything so beautifully presented. A true treat for the eyes!
S. S.
Very nice, massive choice.
C. W.
I spend more money here than I can really afford but there are some treats accessible to anyone. Mainly the food hall. So much quality and so much choice. My favourite place to lunch in west London
S. H.
Perhaps not as good as it used to be when we used to take our children, enjoy a hot chocolate from the chocolate bar and walk through an amazing Christmas department
A. L.
Iconic store so had to visit. Very busy and easy to get lost in. It's expensive compared to average shops but it is the little things that cost more and you must remember that it is not aimed at the average everyday shopper.
S. P.
Great place with great shopping and a wonderful kitchen
M. C.
Always one of my favourite place to visit in London !
S. H.
Went to Pal Zaleri on the 2nd floor in the men's section. Greeted by Maria. What a fantastic member of staff she is. You can tell she listens to customers request and delivers. Exceptional customer service skills.
A. C.
We went especially to show the children the children and toy section of Harrods. It was a good experience and although the current sectioned displays are a lot less impressive and exciting than the open displays it is still an oppertunity to see a vast range of exciting toys and some unique options as well. When focussing on children with outings you learn to focus on a lot if different things and what I would like to make specific mention of is the fact that Harrods has always been so kind in making their toilets available and accessible to their shoppers, much appreciated by a mother of two. Something super exciting, once again discovered through our own children's excitement, the unique escalator that runs flat and then starts going up - if you haven't experienced this yet, be sure not to miss it on your visit. This is on the main escalator. The large Harrods bears were a favourite. All and all I think Harrods is worth a visit and has certainly succeeded in creating and maintaining a store and a legacy worth visiting. It is a bit like entering a great big treasure vault, be ready to discover and enjoy!
J. T.
Absolutely stunning KitchenAid display!
In fact the entire Kitchen and household range is outstanding!
R. M.
Iconic store. Luxury and Prices are beyond imagination.
B. C.
It was a Busy Place Leading up to Christmas.. I was Amazed at the Place it was full of Designer Goods' All the Designer labels You Could name. It was Good to have a Good look around I was Just amazed how Big the Place was' the had a little Coffee Shop to Rest Your legs. It's Worth a Visit if You like Your Designer labels..
M. A.
It's Harrods. It's a thing that people do when in London. It's hardly value for money. Some of the service staff are very nice and friendly whilst others clearly mock their clientel. Its always been a poncy place for poncy people but something that is on the list for folk visiting London. Of note though is the Egyptian decor which is interesting and worth discovering.
I. N.
We need it to use just the toilet there but the doorman was absolutely amazing. He was very Friendly, polite and had a joke with my child. Very clean toilets
J. K.
A bit of shopping before the Arsenal love it 🎅🎁🏐
R. K.
Chocolate hall refurb was amazing really well put together and beautifully laid out- possibly the most beautiful room displaying chocolate in London!
The reason the the 4/5 is for a two reasons-
I was overcharged for my items - I had 12 loose chocolates and was charged for 16.
No menu/flavour card was made available or offered for my items because they didn’t have it available- making it difficult at home and difficult to gift- allergies are so important. We took pictures.
The young woman serving us was attentive and patient- we look forward to coming back sometime in the future.
L. H.
Very popular with tourists. Had to ask staff on the door where the toy section was, they were extremely polite and helpful. The section for toys was chaotic and narrow. Rest of the stores were spaced out nicely.
P.
My favorite shopping place in London, full of joy and smiles. Love the food hall and gift shop especially!
H. S.
Harrods was quite nice. Amazing staff and beautiful deco.
J. R.
Last minute decision to go for dinner with friends. Good decision lovely experience, lovely staff. Well worth a visit just for the pure indulgence.
R. D.
Thanks to Natasha, Manager at Fornasetti! We brought a plate with a Bum pattern and wanted to match it. Natasha was really helpful and gave us lots of ideas and suggestions. At no time was she fed up with us and gave us all the time in the world! She also gave us a gift afterwards which was nice to see her giving us the extra mile!
W. B.
Nice place to visit, even you're not interested in brandnames you can walk in and have varieties of good foods. Cupcakes are the must! Unfortunately, no place for you to buy food and have a seat to rest.
L. H.
It's Harrods. Heaven.
N. M.
Amazing Lebanese place upstairs. Tom Ford make up sales assistant called Margherita was excellent, she recognised me from last time too. Great service, thank you 😊
F. M.
Splendid shopping experience. Tourist destination for all people from all across the globe. Costly items sold here as they have to maintain their posh and sophisticated reputation. Clean and tidy place. Kids friendly place. Family friendly place too. Nearest railway station is Knightsbridge. Seven floors shopping centre. Currently owned by The State of Qatar.
R. H.
3 day break... decided on a little visit to Harrods..
Made a few purchases.. including one from the food hall... where a staff member called JANET... she was extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely lady...Great customer skills and made my visit there extremely enjoyable. Thanks Janet..xx
(patisserie department) your gift wrapping was exceptional & was very much appreciated.
S. A.
Great luxury mall with all designer brands
P. C.
Harrods literally has everything, covering a huge range of items and Departments, always visit when in London.
G. J.
Don't know what all the fuss is about... Maybe need to be a millionaire to enjoy it. Another key tourists place ticked off I can say I have visited.. Lots of staff and expensive items ..
G. R.
Only dropped off for Birthday party, concierge are always warm & friendly, what more can one say!
T. M.
Staff are always happy to help . It's always a pleasure to walk through the door and see smiling faces . The door men always play a big part in making you feel special by opening the door gor you.
R. A.
I have heard it described as the best department store in the world and I would have to agree. We stopped at random person in the hallway to ask where was a particular shoe brand without missing a beat the person said oh I know exactly where that is let me help you and want us to the opposite end of the store right to the shoes that we were looking for and then proceeded to assist us. Service was amazing and yes we ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and purchasing it.
The store itself is like walking through a gigantic museum, the decor is amazing and there's always something interesting to observe. Even if you don't buy anything I would highly recommend going through the store just to experience what it's like to be there.
C. M.
Incredible store. I always enjoy visiting. If you think you might need to use the bathroom while you are there, be aware that you might have a 15 minute walk to find one of the few bathrooms.
N. M.
Friendly staff, foid hall amazing
c. c.
Harrods is large impressive and expensive. The staff are smart and helpful the customer facilities are magnificent. I would hate to have to shop there though it would take months to lean the layout. I am sure there is a map though so that would perhaps help. The only thing we bought while there was a pair of tights that my daughter got, they looked quite nice but £40 for a pair of tights.
A. K.
We went here for afternoon tea for my mums birthday and it was amazing! Welcoming, professional, friendly staff. The food was amazing and everything is done woth so much love and detail. My mum received a card and extra cake for her birthday. Absolutely fantastic
L. B.
Very interesting to visit. Loved the food hall but very expensive so choose wisely. Was very busy and crowded when we were there. Choose to take food to the park to eat because it was a sunny day
D. D.
Wow. No recession here. Very busy. If you are a shopper go early as its a days work walking around
D. C.
Very disappointed in recent visit as it had been several years since I last went. Poor selection of merchandise and several departments no longer there. Still a beautiful store but not what it used to be.
G. “. J.
Upscale mall. A must visit if ur in London. Foodhall offers great quality products
C. L.
Festive season is the best! Going harrods is always an exciting experience as there are so much to see and buy 😍
e. h.
Bryliant restaurant and shopping fantastic staff
P. C.
Well, ive been there and done that. The store is amazing. I admit is to much for my small nose but i had to see it. Ive browsed it for an hour and slowly ive become depresed. Just kiding.
I wanted a hat. A 59 fifty fited . Couldn find one but i realised even if i did that mean no food allowance for a week so i went back to no hat for now. worth going fir a loock around but brace yourself for a lot of expensiveness sheet you dont really need.
Great store in a great city.
Take care my lovelly and stay real in the Now, is all that matter.
Hic et nunc
O. G.
Great place, and a must to visit when in London, the food hall is nice but very expensive, the bread is great and worth the price in my opinion.
Harrods is like a maze I can never find where to go, but staff are nice and will point you in the right direction.
V. S.
One of the best places in London, a must visit.
You don't have to be rich to enjoy going there.
The setting and the atmosphere are luxurious.
Walking through the various floors is very nice. As an artist and fashion addict I love seeing the articles displayed, they inspire me.
The food hall is the best part. Especially on the Ground Floor, the Bakery, Dessert and Rotisserie Sections are great to buy fresh and take away food. The food gadgets are the best. Chocolates, dates, Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and Cookies. HEAVEN.
And don't even get me started on the toilets. Immaculate. The soap and the perfume free to use give me life.
And it is accessible for people with children, toddlers, babies and strollers. I talk from experience. There are lifts and changing and nursery rooms.
One has to spend a day inside Harrods to really enjoy it. The restaurant choice is up to the costumer, in any case there's a McDonald's (which is always crowded), a Wasabi and other food chains nearby.
10/10 recommended.
J. N.
An amazing store. Choice and quality mind boggling. Spotlessly clean, staff so helpful. We chose to eat in the coffee shop knowing the prices so not complaining but £10 for a slice of cake is really getting too much.
M. K.
Definitely not what it used to be. Sale is so rubbish now. I remember when good things were actually 70% off. Now minimal reduction on low quality stuff. I miss the old days.
F. W.
I went into Harrods today with my partner just to see some things that I will never buy because I can’t afford them.
I am a HUGE fan of chocolate brownies, so I was delighted to see in the food hall that Harrods sell brownies, albeit at the high price of £3.50. I thought what the hell, I’ll treat myself, and it’ll be an experience as it’s the only thing I’ve ever bought here, and it should be one of the greatest brownies I’ve ever bought.
Well, the brownie was nice. Not expletive-inducing, gooey centred, crispy topped, mouth wateringly mindblowing like the best brownies can be, just nice. As it cost at least £1 more than any of those brownies I could mention, this is somewhat of a surprise. I see that highest quality doesn’t always follow highest prices, but it also reminds me of the pithy phrase ‘a fool and his money are easily parted’.
Brownies aside, the staff here deserve 5 stars. There is no other shop I’ve been into where you can stand sheepishly at the door to the café, looking every bit like you can’t afford £6.50 for a pain au chocolate, and be welcomed with genuine warmth by security staff saying ‘please go in, don’t be shy’.
In the technology section was the biggest Bluetooth speaker I’ve ever seen: a £1000 JBL monolith, resplendent with lights and an instrument pad, which I connected my phone to and played some tunes. There are no other shops like this, so kudos to Harrods, and this is where it earns back a star!
P. C.
Great iconic place to visit. Opulence on a grand scale, fashion, food halls, exotic coffees, teas, fruits and more. The building itself, is gorgeous, inside and out, all the labels you want are in there as well as countless places to eat, including ground floor and top floor outdoor dining. Top tip, anything you can buy elsewhere, will be cheaper elsewhere.., but then it wouldn't come with this experience. So, pick your battles if on a budget! Knightsbridge itself is a great location, so look around as part of your visit. Fully recommended.
j. s.
Beautiful building, stunning items to buy, absolutely brilliant staff.
But the whole experience is let down by incredibly rude customers that push past you or ignore your request to "please excuse me "
Most of these were women with an attitude problem.
And no. I'm not misogynistic.
Avoid at busy times.
W. N.
We took the kids to see the lights & decs but the shop didnt opem till 11am. The heating in the place was unbearable. The social distancing was nill and void and the ques were long with people on top of each other.
Plenty to see but prepared for very close interaction with strangers during COVID. :(
N. M.
If you have unlimited money you can purchase some really nice clothes here, if you don't have unlimited money, the food halls are actually reasonably priced and the quality is amazing
S. M. (.
It's an experience, to say the least. Quite obviously, my daughter loved it more
T. B.
Was clean and has nice items, but not really sure what all the fuss is about, as its just an overpriced department store. Worth a visit if visiting london i guess
D. S.
Always a wonderful experience looking at all of the great quality food, clothes, accessories and fine jewellery and watches.
I really like the fact that they put the prices out and don't mind even if a watch cost £260,890, they will still show the price!
We always have a coffee and a big piece of chocolate cake in The Coffee Bar which is in the bakery hall. Great service and quality and such a treat!
Never find it snooty in Harrods. Nk one minds if you can't afford the things and they don't mind you looking or asking about them. As it should be.
Don't hesitate to visit.
A. P.
Luxury purchases and amazing atmosphere. Open to public. Great collection of products ranging from food to latest technologies spread throughout 5 extensive levels. A restaurant at ground level and a tea room in level 4. Very polite and helpful staff. Some are judgemental but I guess its not avoidable as dressing up and looks does matter and is part of the decorum 😂😂.
Z.
Really nice to come shopping. We'll decorated and nice atmosphere.
S. M.
What can l say.. This is Harrods! It's iconic, and extraordinary place to visit. You can't miss the building especially at night.
The store is an endless conveyor belt of experiences, seducing and enticing departments. Each section is unique, it's worth a visit even if you don't buy anything.
I have been bringing friends and visitors here for years.
M. R.
My wife and I had lunch at the Caviar house Prunier bar. The food was excellent and the staff could not be faulted, they are a credit to the Harrod's name. Will be back very soon.
M. H.
Staff very helpful, each day I expect the staff have a busy day. To show that and be patient to each customer is a credit. The shop is what it is lovely store to shop in if you had lots of money.
P. J.
Great art deco building. Every room is beautifully design and one off. The staff are helpful but not pushy, they are very aware that a lot of people can't afford 70% of their stock.
R. H.
Huge and had a lot of impressive products. Staff were really friendly, particularly some we met behind the chocolate counters. The ground floor gets pretty hectic and avoid in the last minutes before closing. We and many others tried to order fresh food and were completely ignored by most of the staff in the last 15 minutes.
R. H.
I once bought a £150 perigord truffle here and ate it in one bite while paying. Cashier gave me a small box of macaroons gratis and said I was going to need that to get the taste out of my mouth. Brotha she weren't kiddin.
Z. A.
Harrods will always be harrods. Very nice but on this visit I wasn't happy at all. The shop was packed with people I'm not sure if it was because it was a Saturday afternoon ? Or that's how it's usually is? Staff was not interactive and everyone seemed to be getting on with their job. The shop was too warm and felt uncomfortable.
Maybe it will be best to book an appointment to get a nice tour around the shop. But in general Harrods is a beautiful shop with unique products and wide variety of products.
V. H.
The store seems to have lost its lustre recently. Where once there was refined luxury in each department, nowadays one finds only crass expensive items suitable mainly for those seeking trophies with which to demonstrate their wealth.
The Christmas decorations department was woefully pitiful and hidden away in half a section of a basement department where once upon a time it would have occupied 2 or 3 sections of the 3rd or 4th floor and contained an excellent range of unusual and well made ornaments, decorations and gifts
R. D.
Really good food hall, highlight of the store was a £1,200 toilet brush
R. T.
Always a pleasure to visit, it's so big that it always feels a bit of a mystery tour, stunning building too
J. D.
A lovely little restaurant the food was delicious and great portion sizes the staff were amazing would happily go back I would recommend the tuna starter and the espresso martini was one the best I've ever had
J. C. A.
Omg the prices. Nice looking building, nice cakes.
... couldn't figure out the restaurants, if they seat you on meat one, you ought to eat meat?
C. C.
Bought Teddy for my wife top service great price and she loves it.
A. Q.
Every high -quaity brand is here
M. D.
Best place for shopping. Decent and luxurious. All the best brands are available. Food court with many to offer. They can help you with getting tax-free by sending the item to your country.
H. B.
Unforgettable! There is everything to please every taste! I'm amazed by the decoration and the variety of the finest products and grands in the world!
J. B.
It's a great and famous store .but only for the rich.they have so many things on sale.i wished I could afford it.but the store is a eye opener.just beautiful
S. W.
Great place to go to for Christmas shopping or Black Friday. I go up there often to do photography up there as I study it. Amazing photo opportunities you can do there. I often get a sandwich or baguette and they are delicious! The food hall is my favourite place to go because I love food. Here are some photos of the food here that I took.
B. H.
One of the most amazing shops to visit
E. T.
Went to harrods 2nd Sept my daughter arranged the trip there because it was my birthday had champagne tea and scones staff were lovely especially are waiter we spent a couple hours had wonderful 😊 time
D. F. (.
Very beautiful shopping center 😊.the technology sector is not very well stocked or avant-garde like the rest of the shopping center, there are not the best pieces of technology, for example:
There are Apple smartphones that represent the worst of mankind, obsolete and with poor technology.
There are no Xiaomi, the best smartphones on the market with modern and cutting-edge technology.
S. P.
Great experience, the design and presentation of the building is very welcoming, if you love flagship products with designer branding here's the place. Great verity of products, love their food corner as well, great gadget collection, the staff is supportive and friendly.
B. D.
Really friendly staff and very satisfactory service. Nice variety of items and good quality products. Good choice of cafes and restaurants. Since it was a Saturday had to queue up to go to the cafe though. Overall very good experience.
S. K.
First class store. Excellent quality products. Attentive staff. Difficult to navigate, not very good signage. Very expensive. Excellent range of goods including all high value luxury brands. Food section is very high quality including various innovative sweet breads and desserts.
K. P.
Nothing fancy, just a store. The BACCARAT Bar was beautiful, especially the young Eastern European lady that took care of my order..
K. W.
Best shopping to be done in London! Staff are friendly and used to tourists. They also don't mind if you just plod around taking photos. Had lots of fun and if you're doing a hop on hop off tour there is a stop here.
S. K.
Unique treats for the family and uber luxurious fashion shops for those with the taste and wallet to boot. Can't not visit Harrods when you're going to London.
T. H.
Best store in London. The staff are super friendly and the environment is part of the unique shopping experience
a. A.
Good for tourists to visit the legendary store. Food quite pricey compared to local restaurants. It's Harrods so what do U expect!

Great experience just to look around the food halls etc, but the women's clothing section was so old fashioned, nothing for a young person and very very overpriced for the poor quality materials of some clothing.
The toilets were amazing, like stepping back in time to a luxurious mansion.. and FREE too.... well done Harrods
A. M.
We were just tourists through it but it's a sight to behold, worth going just to look at the decor, the Harrods Café on level 3 was pretty amazing too
W. S.
Beautiful place to shop, lots and lots of shops to choose from.. Lovely cafe to enjoy a hot drink.. Massive place to enjoy..
J. R.
First time here in 33 years and loved the experience! The foodhall was amazing to walk around, just wish i had the money to buy there products. Still very easy to get lost in the displays and quality of everything. Shame i couldn't spend more time here but will definitely come back.
K.
As its Heart Of London and One of the best place to buying big Brands under one roof. Love to shopping Harrods. Specially Food court, Food is Fantastic and i will highly recommended everyone. Atleast must try once.
M. U.
Alot of changes since I last went, had a pleasant afternoon and lunch at Juliette.
J. M.
One of the few stores left on this planet where shopping is an experience. Nostalgic and a must if you're in Knightsbridge. As a child I was told Harrod's is the place to buy anything you can name.
S. K.
Perfect place to shop. Never miss the sale during Boxing Day 😇
Its easy to get there by train or bus.
Lots of shops inside.
Food, cosmetics, chocolates, gifts, travel related items, healthcare and so many things to see there.
Could easily take about 3 hours just to look around.
A must go place in London I would say.
Staff are super friendly too.
A. P.
Huge, with a lot of variety.. great food court, regular prices taking into consideration the area it is. It's already a touristic point, and really beautiful at night with shiny lights on the facade.
P. S.
The Hermès section and display was a work of art simply stunning. The Chocolate Hall is great for presents, I bought some wonderfully wrapped Charbonnel et Walker ones from friendly and charming staff.
e. d.
Great customer service.
The pizzeria and prosseco bar has a lovely atmosphere and again service is always good.
I shopped in the technology department, toy department and in the food halls. As well as eating and drinking. I frequently visit Harrods.
H.
Nice place to shop for all sorts of luxury goods!
S. R.
Best steak in the town but bit pricey, harrots beer (must try for beer lovers) and the service is really awesome ..
D. F.
I would love to take my two son's to Harrods of London.
They have the most elaborate toy store and candy store with valet parking.
Harrods Of London is a shopping emporium with quality kids clothing and toys.
My two sons’ and I are making plans to visit the most beautiful kid’s department store in the world this year.
s. c.
As with every trip to Harrods, very busy and expensive , it's the experience that you go for.
G. D.
Such a great experience, ending with a hot chocolate and Espresso Martini.
C. S.
Amazing sensory experience. The place is ridiculously expensive, but it’s worth seeing for the interior decorations, fusion between old and new, shop displays and decorations and all the exotic, exquisite combinations of spices, teas, coffees and sweets. A pleasure for the eyes, for the nose and taste buds. You need a whole day to explore it entirely. If you prefer quieter times, it’s better to go there in the mornings. In the afternoon, particularly late afternoon it starts to buzz with tourists and locals that do their grocery shopping there.
C. N.
Had my nails done at Harrods, curtsey of my maid on honour. Very welcoming, lovely atmosphere.
Only down side was the nail artist interrupted me mid sentence while talking to my friend (who I hadn't seen for several months, so had a lot to catch up on). Not to tell me to lift my hand up or anything but to get involved in our convocation, which is great, I'm all for people getting involved, but cutting me off mid sentence just seemed a bit rude.
C.
Had amazing food at Kerridges Fish and Chips
M. G.
Traditionally styled large department store with a fantastic history of serving famous celebrities. Fantastic range of products and the food halls are top notch.
S. C.
Last week was my first visit to Harrods
It was beyond amazing
I got the chance to see most of the shops
You cannot imagine the magnitude of the place
The items available the artists featured
On the other hand the staff that are sweet and helpful
And the center is very organised each level is made for a specific gender which makes your shopping experience very easy
It is a place where you just enjoy the shopping
C. L.
Strictly a souvenir shop for me as prices are way beyond me. But, the staff here are magnificent. A thousand thanks and my endless gratitude to the gentleman on the counter on learning that my granddaughter didn't have enough money for a Teddy, immediately went and got one, bagged it up and wouldn't hear anymore about it. His kindness and generosity moved me to tears. What a shop
B. M.
It should have been 5 * overall let's start with the positives. The chocolate room and staff absolutely fabulous. Service I cannot fault. Afternoon tea the staff, atmosphere and their attentiveness to detail and the afternoon tea delicious the whole experience as usual 5*. On arrival to Harrods we stopped in the technology department to view the 70-85 inch Samsung 8K TV's. Lovely lady sale assistant, ask if I needed any assistant, which I decline. While looking at the TV of my choice within less than a few minutes, a Male sale assistant approached me and quite rudely informed me that the TV cost £6000... So I kindly informed him that I didnot request the price of the TV... Harrods staff training required in this department. They have lost you a star and a future purchase. Other departments store to buy technology from. On a happier note I will return to Harrods for chocolates and other departments and definitely the afternoon tea....🙂
R.
Went for afternoon tea. Absolutely amazing was a suprise from my husband, food was delicious. Hopefully making another trip very soon
S.
The store is amazing! I have never seen anything like it. Although it's a bit on the expensive side, it's definitely worth checking out!
R. B.
The Harrods Food Hall is a must visit when you are in London, even if you aren’t interested in the rest of the things that a huge department store offers. The food hall is multiple rooms filled with everything from pastries, fresh produce, meats, prepared sandwiches, cheeses, gourmet coffee, etc. Each section is artfully displayed with people working the counter who can answer any question under the sun. Prices are high, but also reasonable for the quality that you are getting. There really isn’t a place to eat these amazing snacks you just picked up, so take a walk to a nearby park if the weather is good to enjoy whatever you discovered. Toilets are a bit hard to find, but are generally upstairs in the clothing areas. There are maps and helpful people around to ask. This last visit I also noticed there are “reject” packages with slightly damaged high end chocolate, macaroons, etc on top of the display counters in some sections. I tried quiet a few things almost 50% off just because it wasn’t perfect!
D. J.
Priced to put most of the public from touching the exhibits.
Y. E. A. S. S.
I knew what I was going to Harrods for. Staff were super helpfully when I couldn't find what I wanted. Needless to say I ended up buying x 3 more than I planned, but left the store as a happy woman. Best of all no one asked me if I wanted a bag! 😄
A. J.
Nothing special! We came with our carry on, they charged us 25pounds each. But we use the money while shopping!
Just don't take your carry on with you!
C. J.
It's always busy, but the variety and scale is what makes this place good. Kids could spend hours here as there lots of product displays for you to try before you buy. Food hall can be hard work with a mount of customers but everywhere else is easy to shop.
S. E.
As you would expect. A lot of bling. Amazing food Hall, watches, everything.
Cafe was good. Exceptional service.
S. M.
I loved walking through and exploring all the different designers. I am a lover of jewelry and purses so this was my own personal Disneyland. I bought so many macaroons and I loved every single one. The grocery section is amazing as well. I can’t wait to go back!
L. H.
Im in an electric wheelchair and can honestly say i had no problems in this lovely store. I had an amazing day. People were very friendly and helpful as was the staff. A must thing to do at christmas.

Photographers Point Of View
I simply went to get a snap of the amazing Chanel display, it sure does look awesome :) set up with a tripod without any issues from security

Quality department store, not sure which is better this or Selfridges?
I would argue this for me is the greater one.
Amazing range and always feel special when shopping here.
Staff and ambience can't be compared with anywhere else.
The name of the store is synonymous with luxury and quality.
S.
Who doesn't love Harrods, living in London back in the late 1990s, it's just all very much a very big part of the whole experience...cant wait to visit again one day, I still have the coffee jars I bought from there all that time ago. Never ever change.....
R. C. (.
I went as I was passing and wanted to just have a look around. To buy some gifts Some of the staff were how do i say, not to pleasant. It seemed a chore to ask them where something was.
Only one person went out of her way to help. That was Barbara on the tills. What a joyous happy person she was. A credit to Halfords. I can't sing her praises enough. The security lads on the doors were very pleasant as well.

Harrods Limited is a department store located on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, London, England. It is owned by the state of Qatar via its sovereign wealth fund, the Qatar Investment Authority. It is one of the largest and most famous department stores in Europe.
S. D. W.

Absolutely incredible. If I was wealthy I'd be able to shop and eat on the upper floors--as it stands, I'll stick to the gift shop and the take-out market :) First we wandered a bit in the gift shop, which has a great assortment of Harrods merch. Then we got food in the market hall--lovely options here, they will cook/warm up your items, although you do have to go outside to eat and hopefully find room on some of the benches at the back exit (or eat standing up)--prices were very reasonable considering the quality, but I wouldn't say it was 'cheap'. Then we explored some of the upper floors, enjoying the fantastic escalators and exquisite clothes and decor. Something we learned was that there are small cafes on each of the upper floors, with different menus and themes. A classic London must-see, if only to look--be warned though it is quite crowded on the lower floors.
C. W.
Amazing place to get lost in. We really did get lost walking around all the different departments inside Harrods. Eventually found the food area and bought some amazing cakes and treats but wow prices are just bonkers. Never thought I’d buying 6 strawberries dipped in chocolate for £10 or tiny cupcake, chocolate eclair and a fruit bun for £15 😂 anyway was nice to see some amazing things on display.
A. W.
What a wonderful store experience. Fabulous selection of items and my favourite has to be the chocolate room. Staff are polite and understated so no hard selling which makes a refreshing change. If you haven't made a visit you are losing out.
D. T.
Beautiful, the decorations and items are luscious and reminds one of a Christmas Carol. Definitely a store you want to visit and treat yourself to tea either at the tearoom or on the ground floor.
p. b.
Excellent service, many deals over the Christmas. I used click and collect service to order my goods but upon arriving I noticed that in store there was many more deals and better prices.
L. d.
Always a pleasure, especially now with so few people shopping
T. S.
Haven't been in years but really enjoyed it. The tech section and shoes were my favourite
S. R.
I absolutely love any single corner of this shop!
If you are visiting London, you must visit Harrods, also 😊
L. W.
Fantastic. I love looking at the displays of delicious things in the food hall.
Finding toilets is a little difficult. They are there but not clearly signposted how to get there.
It was busy but not as busy as other department stores in London.
A. C.
Mm what can I say not the best store in London. They need to take a look at them self. People go there as it's Harrods. Over priced. On chocolate 40 pound a small box's. You pay for name. Staff very nice
P. D.
The symbol of British shopping, although now owned by Qatar. However, standards have been kept, a beautiful department store.
F. S.
As big and expensive as you'd expect. Picked up some Harrods Lemon Curd. £7.
Decadent 🤙
C. H.
Enjoyed the Christmas shop although felt a smaller selection than usual. Toys felt very disjointed all over the place. Good choice of cafes. Miss having the printed store guide which was easier than having to keep getting your phone our for the downloaded version.
S. V.
Visited here yesterday as we entered the store we were asked to wear our masks which we did. The crowded shop floors were packed no social distancing. Staff had masks on underneath their chins it was hurrendous . I didnt feel safe at all, so we left very promptly as there was far too many people let into the store not staggered entry in place what so ever
S. D.
The souvenirs department and the food court are my favourite areas...mainly because these are the only two places I can afford to buy anything in. It's always quite an interesting experience walking through other departments though. Worth a visit if you're in the capital.
S. B.
Fantastic shop bought lots of food
M. K. M.
Here is an example of fantastic customer service and quality products. I personally belive the current management have made an amazing effort to taking this old establishment to much higher level.
K. W.
Stunning place, lots to buy and see. Rather expensive but I'm sure everyone knows that already
M. B.
You can easily spend an entire day in here
The Market was my favourite. The displays were very thought out and pleasant to look at. The crowds on a Saturday can be a bit overwhelming. The prices are definitely on the expensive side. The gift shop had plenty of options to choose from. One of the chefs in the pizzeria serenaded us with a beautiful Italian song, so romantic ❤️
N. D.
The food hall is my favorite department. The most unusual cheeses, chocolates in beautiful packaging.
Worth visiting.. By the way save up to buy a young girls dress exclusively made by Christian Dior for 10,500 pounds. I am sure your little girl will appreciate it.

After visiting dozens, maybe hundreds of department stores everywhere in the world, Harrods London is surely one of the exceptional ones! A unique shopping experience, that you cannot find anywhere else in the world.
Even if you do not plan to spend money there (the prices skyrock!) you can still walk through the corridors, maybe have a coffee somewhere or enjoy the unique architecture and the taste in which the world's most famous labels design their small shops.
I especially like and enjoy the food section on the ground floor.
A must see, if you visit London.
H. M.
Unique, wonderful iconic department store. With many restaurants, you will not go hungry. We had lunch in the Mediterranean restaurant and it was the best meal of this type that we have ever had. The chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma as the best I have ever had. Everything was very nice including the service. We walked several floors before we went to the food court. The baked goods are outstanding and mesmerizing. I recommend you eat before going there! You would need days to do this store justice, so organize your trip ahead of time or prepare to be overwhelmed. A must visit in London.
M. J. W.
Fantastic and fabulous experience to be had everytime you walk through these famous doors.
J. H.
It's cool but not as grandiose as it's made out to be. It's just a rich persons Debenhams. Except at least Debenhams gave you a bit more space to breathe with wide open rooms. Apart from the food rooms, every room where they're selling clothing etc is so dang small
n. a.
A truly world class store with word class brands. A classy place to make yourself pampered and ofcourse to indulge in a little bit extravagance. All premium brands under one roof. A must go if you are crazy for brands. For the regular tourist the basement section offers amazing gift shop to take a special and classy gift from Harrods..a worldwide name for your loved ones.I love going again, again and again to this place and still can't say have much of it..It's not a place to shop but everything including the food, cafeteria n even escalators are par excellence..You can't stop yourself in absolutely being love with this place.
P. W.
This was our first trip to London and Harrods as an iconic UK department store was a must visit. It is massive - you could easily spend a full day here (or more!). We especially loved the food halls and I personally loved admiring all the dessert behind display glasses.
We promised our children ice cream so we stopped at the Ice Cream Parlour. Pricey but hands down, the best ice cream we've had! It was so good, our kids ended up licking their spoons!
We also purchased a handful of icon Harrod's souvenir items for ourselves and friends back home. Again, a little on the expensive side though we expected that.
We did have an unpleasant experience on the fifth floor though. My husband was simply browsing and told an associate such when approached. The associate directed my husband to another section that would be "more appropriate" for his browsing needs. That was rude and just snobby. Let's just say, we left that floor rather quickly.
S.
Even if you're not looking to spend any money Harrods is an excellent attraction with a floor for almost anybody - the technology floor was my favourite and I even got the chance to set a time on a professional racing simulator.
Christmas is the time to visit! 😁
S. E.
This is the unique ,legendary , high end mega store in London and probably all over the world.
If you didn't visit Harrods while you were in London so that means you didn't visit London.
The store is 5 floors with high end and super expensives clothes , watches , accessories and stuff. All high end brands are there like Prada , Armani , Rolex and a lot of others.
The decoration is fascinating, there are Pharon decoration everywhere.
Also there is a gift department , where you can buy affordable gifts and cool stuff.
Also with clothes and expensive stuff, there are technology department which had apple , Google ( Google pixel ) and others.
There are cafe and restaurants.
The food hall is Exceptional, specially the chocolates ( they are very tasty and all of chocolates type are there).
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Really if if anyone visits London , Harrods must be in priority to visit .
J. F.
Never been before, found it over priced for my liking. everything under one roof store if I had to describe it.
Everyone is different..most people rave about the place. Uou need to visit and make up your own mind.
N.
Very busy could do with more people on the 18 tills that they have only 5 on and long queue
w. a.
A different level of shopping experience here. All the best brands from all over the world all in one place. The layout and design of the whole building is unique to harrods. I love coming here and it is a must visit place in london for all those shopping people who not only enjoy a shop but the whole experience on a different level too. So many individual shops, so much too see, so much to experience. A shopping experience on a different level, must visit. You sure will not be disappointed.
S. S.
Made a visit from my hotel and bought fantastic Sourdough bread 1st class, which sums up the class of Harrods, would recommend the coffee and a visit.
e. L.
The legendary Harrods in London! It is one of the largest and most famous department stores in Europe selling luxurious items. Princess Diana & Dodi Fayed's memorials can be found at the base of the Egyptian Escalator.
A. M.
Being from Ireland Harrods was basically Brown Thomas on acid.
I went in to get sunglasses and the lovely sales woman helped me pick out ones that suit my face really well. I was delighted as they definitely wouldn't be ones that I would of chose on my own and I'm absolutely in love with them.
S. S.
It's not the same. yes, the building is still magnificent. yes, the interior is still fabulous. yes, some of the items for sale are stunning. BUT -
There is not the same outrageous: get anything you want. On top of that, the customers (not the staff) are rude and - entitled. There was a certain tourist population who seemed so very privileged and they simply pushed past and pushed into - as if they are simply used to doing what ever they want. It was VERY unpleasant. Evidently the store is owned by them...in general.
There are several penny machines - only one was working, however.
R.
A huge shopping centre. 7 floors with numerous shops. Fun to look around, as long as you dont look at the prices in said shops.
Prepare to spend a lot of money if you want anything from here. It is a must see however if you have never been here
J. L.
It's exemplary and embodiment of what luxury retail should look like both the physical and soft offerings. Constantly refreshing it's offerings and updating its physical spaces and concepts to keep up with ever changing consumer tastes and preferences. Very well catered for international tourists as well as a local like myself. First class food hall to die for beauty halls and plenty of world exclusives throughout the store.
G. I.
It was one kind experience shopping in Harrods.
R. A.
Come during the off hours like after 7pm on a weekday and you won't feel rushed by all the crowds and tourists. And when you don't feel rushed you'll truly enjoy the place because it really is stunning and the selection of merchandise is pretty enormous. Absolutely check out the food court and spend a lot of time there.
S. O. R.
These 5 stars are for Daisy only.
I was in the Hermés department being walked passed and ignored. Even by the assistant who dropped her ID and I picked it up for her.
Thank you Daisy.
The rest of you missed a massive sale I recommend you watch Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" in your next training meeting
D. L.
Tea was pleasant enough. Nice that it was leaf. Decent value overall for what I had, £5 for three crumpets - and no problem with running them through the toaster a second time to crisp them up. Plenty of butter and jam and swiftly brought more when needed. Chocolate eclair was a bit steep at £9.50. But it looked beautiful. Hot chocolate a bit bitter for teenage taste buds. I liked it! Service excellent. Chairs comfortable. Air conditioning poor. Altogether, surprisingly nice!
V. C.
Well what more can be said about Harrods, that hasn't been said. Harrods is one of London's must visit places, you can shop eat and drink at this Iconic establishment. At a cost that suits all pockets.
A. A.
Harrods is an amazing shopping place, specially if you can afford it and you are living a luxurious life style.
You would love to see this attraction especially when you are in London and nearby.
I love this building as its is so attractive! And inside the building you will have such an amazing, luxurious, brilliant experience. You can’t stop walking and watching inside the building. There are expensive but they have all sort of brands.
I love their restaurant and their food. Every department separated in a delicious and delicate manner, simulating an old merchant. You need to have half of day in order to explore Harrods from inside properly.
The food market in ground level is absolutely amazing and one of a kind. Not only is there amazing freshly prepared delicatessen from all around the world, the design of the place is also fantastic. If you plan a pick-nick or you just are in the neighborhood and feeling a bit hungry, -you can always go there and something fresh and tasty. You will find something for everyone, and it tastes delicious!
Harrods is an amazing place to go,l and whenever I visit this place I alway had a leisurely stroll through lots of the departments. It is truly beautiful decor, especially the Egyptian escalator area is simply awesome. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. You need lots of money but you dont have to buy if you want too anything or if you cant afford anything but you wont refer your visit.
Y. C. G.
Harrods Harrods Harrods! Three words to describe the world famous department store that’s probably unmatched by any other stores in the entire planet!
With such a history, vintage and links to royalties, famous and influential people within the UK and the world, Harrods epitomises what the world - a world that can afford the best things in life and a world that can rise above everything else!
Harrods is the most important institution around that offers the world everything and offers everything to the world. It is the place to go, where the world shops and the shop waits on the world.
Truly amazing! Truly recommended!
T. B.
This place is the mecca of beautiful things. Designer handbags as far as the eye can see. The jewelry was breathtaking. I loved it!!!
L. K.
What can I say. You want money to shop here. You can however spoil yourself in the food hall. The building itself is really lovely
S. P.
Good Department. Always when I visit London, I go shopping here. Good high-end products and especially having good watch collection. Of course good vip service.
A. J.
Exceptional! Shopping at its best. Even if you don't buy anything, this is a must visit to appreciate the finer things in life. Elegance, class and style along with genuine staff that are keen to assist with anything. Highly recommended.
R. S.
This is a must visit if you are ever in London. It’s a shopping paradise with all the big name brands and amazing variety of choices. It is also really huge with different sections for the whole family. They also had a whole furniture section which I wasn’t expecting. I really liked that they had an electronics section too. The place was very neat and well kept and they displays were really nice too. It is worth noting that this place is really busy and crowded and you should look out for your kids because they might get lost if you aren’t paying attention. Anyways this place is worth checking out and may take quite some time because of how big it is.
R. N.
Great place. Very Welcoming. Coffee shop on the 1st floor is just amazing with amazing set of staff. They are very well versed with their drinks.
E. G.
I LOVE HARRODS! It would be so much more fun to shop here if I was rich though. However, it is so fun to walk around and enjoy all the displays. The cupcake from downstairs is so divine and a great little treat after walking around for a few hours ;)
M. F.
Christmas world has definitely lost its sparkle over the years. Everything seems so hotch potch these days compared to the days where the festive hall was a true sight to behold. No Harrods 2021 Christmas bauble in sight....no medium sized decadent Christmas puddings.... a most unsuccessful Christmas shopping trip.... 😒
R. S.
Publicly renowned. A shopping experience in itself. Unfortunately the cafe does not live up to the rest of Harrods.
The chai latte was laced with enough cinnamon to form a tree and the consistency was thin, almost water like. Not the standard expected and would only just pass as a cafe Nero item. On the other hand, the honey cake and the truffle were divine. Not all bad then
A. B.
Amazing!
Everything fresh and well positioned
Cleand and nice environment. The staff was friendly and helpful.
You need a dress code for entering, or at minimum of casual (not trainers and shorts). - On their website you can find more details about this and about opening hours.
There are several levels on Harrods and you can find easily a map fornyour guidance. they have elevator.
The entrance is free.
M. W.
I would suggest to take a visit in Harrods for it's interior design. It looks fantastic, really elegant. However, I don't suggest to have shopping there. Firstly, the shops arrangement is really messy. Hard to find the shops.Secondly, I think it's not enough fresh air. I feel very uncomfortable.
R. A.
When in London, Harrods must be visited. There is nothing quite like it in the workd. The food court is simply gorgeous, teaming with beautifully prepared foods. That alone is worth the visit - but if course there are all kinds of great boutiques and unique items. Don't miss it!
E. N.
Great to make a pic with the impressive and nice building, but inside just millionaires will spend their money - not even the athmosphere is inviting as the layout is very narrow and overstuffed.. for average people there is not really anything worth walking in
s. d.
Amazing store. Outreageous prices, but unique.
Make sure you carry your backpack in your hand or leave it at the hotel, it's not allowed to wear it on your back. Don't skip the food halls with loveley decorated pieces...
S. P.
Must visit food hall and beauty stalls, post renovation these are so pleasant to visit. Lots of great brands featured in the women’s, home and tech floors!
K. S.
I didn't go in just walked past by hoping to go in tomorrow for window shopping that's all. Love the window display this morning.
J. D.
The most wonderful shop I’ve ever been to. You could easily spend all day here. All of the staff members I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful! If you’re in London you must visit this place!
k. j.
The most iconic department store in the UK. If they hav'nt got it they can probably get it!
A lovely Xmas visit to pick up a few choice items for christmas. Store looks lovely as always & the staff are beyond helpful. Definately worth a few hours visit just to see how glamerous a shop can look & pick up quality items.
M. E.
A great place with so many possibilities on offer. Great food choices. Something for everyone.
A. J.
Brilliant department store, was a little too crowded when we went in but still a high-end store
D. C.
Beautiful food court, with great snacks and items perfectly suitable as souvenirs. The staff is friendly and helpful.
K. M.
World class customer service. This department store has everything you can think of. They were the first in the UK to sell Krispy Kreme doughnuts 16 years ago which was freshly made in house. Recently they had Fendi Café opened. They exceed customer expectations. Fantastic toilet facilities with perfumes. Top floor has few restaurants. Best department store in the world. Feels so good to shop during Christmas period.
H. V.
I ways love harrods, always treated amazingly by staff in all departments and eave with exactly what I want. Particular highlights for me are the givenchy beauty counter, villeroy and boch crockery and the food hall.
H. H.
Love the Christmas decorations!
E. F.
A fantastic experience, not just a shop. It may be routine for the wealthy upper crust society of London, but for a northerner its wonderous.
The cafés and restaurants are busy and expensive, the individual rooms and stores provide excellent customer service.
A special mention to Alin in the nursery department, her attentiveness to customers and her product knowledge was exemplary.
T. T.
Not what it used to be a few years ago. The renovations are nice and it feels much more spacious than it did but the Harrods magic has gone.
J. O.
This oh-so chic cafe was a pop up cafe by Fendi in Harrods and has been super popular. Other than the queue for nearly 30 minutes, when we got in, it was absolutely amazing. Food was fresh, loved the coffee and the desserts. Had a great time in lovely ambience. Staff were polite. The monochrome designs were fabulous. It felt like a little luxurious treat for the girls catching up in a fancy cafe. Loved it. They should do this every year. The designer cafes are doing great. Reminded me of Prada cafe in Milan.
م. ا.
It OK , they have spoiled the design of the shop by putting each franchise designer they sell in a separate cubical.
This means you can't go to buy a suit or a pair of shoes and it is in one place , you have to look through all the shops in the store. Making the place nothing more than a shopping mall instead of a store in its own right. The only thing left is the food hall and the perfume hall.
In addition to that ,the sales staff are too pushy. What they sell are expensive goods , its nice to be able to browse and examine what you intend to buy , especially if it costs hundreds of pounds.

Visited this place recently, and it was packed. The shopping experience could be better, but well, my second time coming to Harrods, what can I say about splurging cash to a posh establishment like this?
Branded, quite well arranged, positioned, and attractive. Male section is quite a mess in my opinion, but we all love some walk around, don't we? Some of the shops like Jimmy Choo is quite secluded, and God, who don't love having burgers while waiting for our partners shopping at the 4th floor?
If there's some direction where to go for certain brands, it would greatly helps. That aside, Harrods is top class at their shopping experience.

A real luxury shopping paradise! If you spend some time with museums and other attractions, it is exciting to see shelves full of expensive and quality merchandise even without a purchase!

Just as beautiful and well stocked as I've ever remembered. A true staple of London. Always recommend a visit to Harrods.

Harrods is one of the biggest luxury brand shopping stores in London. It is in the heart of knightsbridge. It offers only luxury brand shopping like Chanel, Dior, DVF and many more brands. It also has a lovely food court and restaurant from where you can either pick up food or sit and eat there. There are also washrooms there. The only thing is that the layout of the store includes narrow lanes and no open spaces between different brand booths, so it can get very crowded. So it doesn't provide the greatest window shopping experience.
