I popped in with a specific item in mind, explained what I was after and how I wanted to buy the product. Everything was agreed to, I wasn't subjected to a sales pitch for something that wasn't relevant and the experience was great from start to finish. Highly recommended. I mainly dealt with Sebastian from KJ West One. I like his friendly and non pushy approach. He delivered the Harbeth M40.1 speakers to me in the morning (can’t remember the exact date). I then decided to get an integrated amplifier and have it delivered the same day. I called him an hour later after speakers were delivered and went straight to KJ West One for demo and had the new amplifier delivered and installed in my flat all on the same day. They might not have all the brands that I wanted to try but five stars for excellent customer service that I don’t think I can get it elsewhere. KJ West One is my first choice when it comes to buying a new hi-fi equipment. KK
