We recently asked Lasyl to install new wireless access points at our house. Efficient, cheerful and reasonably priced. I had problems with the "ratio" and settings of my TV going beyond the competence of the owner to deal with. The problems were solved in a household visit for a smaller charge than you expect from some call-out visits.

Highly recommend: Wondering how to solve the issue of a socially isolating mother-in-law without a fully working TV & DVD in times of lockdown, we spotted Lasyl in LivingIn Magazine. They advised the best models for a person in their 90s and delivered and installed them quickly and promptly. Turning off any 'smart' options was key. Sam, who did the installation, paid attention to social distancing rules along with all our other exacting requests. Brilliant job!

I’ve been using Lasyl for a few years now and whether it’s personal or business , data / internet , a/v or digital , these guys never disappoint There knowledge is second to none , they are professional , punctual and above all provide excellent value for money . They won’t leave without you being completely satisfied and even if Dom or Chris can’t come out , their staff do the same quality of job . Chris & Dom are both very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. If it is "AV" they don't know about it, it's probably not worth knowing. Chris is extremely knowledgeable on smart home installations. Dominic is the guy to go for on obscure questions regarding audio or visual setups. Between them the will know the answer. 5 Star local family run business.

Leading up to Christmas I finally took the plunge to upgrade my old 37" Panasonic TV which I purchased from Lasyl about 7/8 years ago. Since then I have always purchased goods via Amazon etc due to the perceived price and delivery. However I thought I'd pop into Lasyl to glean some expert advice and check out their prices. A family run business of over 40 years certainly know their stuff and their advice was invaluable. We decided upon the Samsung UE49QF7 4K TV and at a very competitive price (£50 cheaper than JL). However when in the shop the 55" didn't look much bigger for a nominal increase in price. Dom & Karyn were so helpful and suggested that they could bring both TV's round and they will know what works best when they see our lounge. Within 24 hrs of visiting the shop, Dom & Colin were in our lounge and recommended the 49" , being amble, installed with a top class bracket on the wall. Within an hour my wife & I were enjoying the Blue planet in 4K! After having the TV for just under 2 weeks the TV displayed a very thin black horizontal line as of last night. We tried unplugging the TV etc with no luck. Last night we emailed Lasyl and first thing this morning Dom had emailed us some suggestions. I then called the shop and explained the issue appears to be a one off fault with the TV. Just after 3pm today Dom & Colin were round again and swapped out the TV for a brand new one , reinstalled and then on their way to their next customer. I am so glad we bought the TV from a first class local shop and paid for a decent wall bracket and installation which makes it worth while even if it costs a little more. I can't imagine the hassle of trying to send the TV back to Amazon or spending hours on the phone to Samsung. I can't recommend Lasyl highly enough and will be back soon to buy a small soundbar.
