I highly recommend London Appliance Repair. I phoned Hamid in the morning and he was able to come later on in the day. He replaced the faulty part in the oven and fixed some other issues that I wasn't aware of in no time at all. Very reasonable price, costing what I was quoted on the phone. Hamid is the ultimate professional. I've used him a couple of times to repair appliances in my rented flat in London. Within minutes of texting him of the issue (I live in California so there is a time difference which does not effect Hamid's prompt response), he contacts my tenants to set up a time to go to my flat. The next day, the issue is resolved. He does not overcharge. He's honest. Knows how to fix everything! And most importantly of all, I have happy tenants. I highly recommend Hamid. Not easy to find a reliable, honest appliance repair guy these days. I will continue to use Hamid and recommend him to friends and family.

Really good response time. Used this firm several times on various appliances, always good service and sound advice. This time on a washing machine that wasn't draining. The engineer first tried to trouble shoot on the phone but when it didn't work he came round same day within the hour. On arrival he promptly identified the problem and fixed it all within the call out price as no parts were needed. Really happy and would always use.

Fantastic service! Hamid struggled with a stuck oven that the previous repairers gave up on. Eventually he got it out, it took about half an hour. He stayed calm throughout. Then tested and changed the element. The previous person suggested buying a new oven! We are so pleased, and would definitely recommend.

My washer dryer wasnt responsive after a few years of wear and tear. Just as i was about to buy a new one I thought I'd try having it looked at. This gentlemen was able to meet me around my work schedule and charge me far less than the manufacturer's call out charge. He replaced the part that was slowing down the motor. He went the extra mile helping me clean the machine and provided me advice on how I may maintain it in the future. This kind of service is outstanding. He is a gem. Would highly reccomend!

My dishwasher needed a repair because the water was not heating up. I received a reasonable quote over the phone. Shah arrived at the appointed time and worked for an hour finding the fault. The problem was a faulty thermostat and not the heater. He also found a worn microswitch. Shah was professional, polite and knowledgeable. The repair cost less than the quoted price. I am very pleased to have my dishwasher working again. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

Our oven stopped working, we called, spoke with Hamid, within a few hours he was there, found out it was the heating element, he had the parts in his van, 45 minutes later everything was fixed - job done, no nonsense, all in time for chicken nuggets at dinner. Our washing machine stopped working last Sunday. I called London Appliance Repair on Monday at 10.00. At 16.00, Hamid was in our place checking the appliance, delivering a quick diagnose and solving the issue efficiently and at reasonable price. In addition, he gave us good advice on how to handle the machine in the future for a better performance and durability. This is definitively the sort of technical support that we will consider in the future when having similar issues with appliances and I do highly recommend it for everyone in the area.

Nice guys .. came around within 24 hours .. sorted out the exhausted "brushes" on the washing machine, but because they could not reset the motherboard on the washing machine - refused to charge me for the work they'd done trying to repair it. Only took the call-out charge.

Very reasonably priced - this was given at the outset. Hamid was courteous and came as arranged on time. Managed to repair our dishwasher which I did not think was repairable when he showed us what had happened to it! The wiring looked pretty badly damaged and he meticulously repaired it. Absolutely wonderful. We have a Lacanche oven that had an electrical issue that the manufacturers wanted a ridiculous amount of money to fix. He is very polite and quick to respond to messages, and he was able to come the same evening, which was a relief! It was very easy to organise his visit, even though he was busy during the afternoon and I didn't know what time I was going to finish work in the eve. Had an emergency and didn't think I could get my washing machine fixed on the same day. Booked online, the technician wasn't able to repair it at the time I wanted, but texted to see if I still wanted it done on the same day. After researching online about getting my washing machine fixed I came across Hamids number. I called him and told him what was wrong with the machine and he explained what it could be and told me the price to get it fixed. He came around the same day and the time he said he will. I thought it probably won’t get fixed because I had the machine for 18 years. Hamid had a look and told me it was the charcoal that need to be changed. He was done in no time. He was very polite. The fact that it was nothing major that he needed to changed and he didn’t try to make money off me by telling me something else makes him a honest man. For all I knew it could of been the drum etc where I had to pay more money. I have his number stored on my phone now and if anyone needs electirical repaired I’ll pass his details on.

Ordered an engineer via the website around 5pm for my broken washing machine, tried to get an appointment off the off chance at short notice for 6pm. I got a text saying they wouldn't be able to fit me in but could do any time the next day. Re-arranged for the next morning, but then I got a text saying the engineers last job had finished early so they could actually make it that evening. The engineer came was friendly and quick and had the spare parts needed and the amount of money needed for the job was very reasonable. :)
