Easily discovered the problem, identified the solution and came to us with an immediate quote and time frame and duly stuck to it. The lady who dealt with our calls was also extremely helpful when we needed it. All round great company and great people.

My oven stopped working Tom come around to have a look the van motor had it,
he ordered a new one with in a day and fitted and reasonably priced and the lady that takes hes calls to book you in is really nice and very helpful

A. H.Tom came to look at our dishwasher he was very helpful and honest and it couldn't be fixed. Which meant we didn't have to pay anything as he doesn't charge call out fee. Would easily recommend him to anyone and would use him again myself.

When his tests revealed an additional part was required, he was able to order this for next day installation, at a convenient time. The work was carried out successfully and the price was good, particularly taking into account two visits. Work all complete within 36 hours of my first call = satisfied customer.
