This store has been my go-to for years when trying to find contemporary but minimalist pieces to use at home, at work, or even when travelling. WHy not 5 stars? Only because of how big this particular location is and a slightly reduced offering. But otherwise, the team and everything they do have is top notch!

Good stock, staff and service. Scan to pay system overdesigned but underdeveloped to the brink of redundancy ("can you stand by the entrance to use it?"). Heating in the shop environmentally reckless and an active deterrent to stay long.

The staff were excellent. I was looking for a few items for a flight and they were so helpful. I told the staff about other Muji stores in the states having food, because they don't there. It was a really nice conversation. Sounds strange, but cultural differences are awesome to me.

Really nice atmosphere and vibes. The items were very organised and neatly displayed and the staff are very nice and helpful. The variety is around the same as the other Muji shops I've been to but the pens are more widely available here and their highlighters too

Small store, with limited range on offer. However it stocks the most popular items across the whole Muji range. Very helpful staff, even if they promote the products of rivals! When asked if they sold a tape dispenser, the assistant was only too keen to point out that Wilko's across the road sold them 🙄😁
